breakfast hasn’t changed in years! pls offer more variety rather than bread & boiled eggs

The breakfast was subpar. The selection of food items was limited. No way to refil water apart from vending machines or from the breakfast area. Not a lot of charging/free plug points.

Breakfast of English muffins, eggs and tea was filling. Updated bathroom was impressive compared to rest of hotel.

Maybe overall freshening up of building maybe more attractive.

property is updated and clean. my wife loved having the jetted tub. room was clean and comfortable and staff was friendly. breakfast was simple but perfectly acceptable.

carpets in the room though clean are getting a little worn out.

it was close to our home . the location was also very close to stores and restaurants so very convenient

we chose Monte Carlo because of the pool and jacuzzi mostly . 1)the pool was way too cold to even use.No heaters to try to make it comfortable for guests in the winter 2)the jacuzzi was very dirty!! we turned it on three times trying to clean it out and chunks of foreign object , hair and black pieces kept coming out of the jets. 3 the remote in the seating area did not work so we used the one from the bedroom 4. we had NO WIFI for at least 9 hours… so 9 hours of using up DATA. for $200 it was not even close to being worth it ! we won’t be back
