Very cleanly

- Stuffs are absolutely great and allowed me to check in early/check out late. - Bed is comfortable, utilities are good. - Breakfast is nice. I wasn't able to find any knife though but using fork for my bread isn't THAT bad...

- Noise canceling is horrible. Woke up by different things like vehicle noise, kids yelling on the hallway throughout the night.

Super clean hotel. Looks new. Can’t believe it’s 10 years old. Had a very large king suite. Bed was excellent. Very nice staff. Had a great stay!

The bed was uncomfortable. It was too soft and sagged in the middle. Not at all what one expects of a hotel at this price point.

Pool regulations did not match the Provincial regulations in regards to gathering. My group was 10 persons and they wouldn't make an exception for us all to enjoy the pool together. Wished there was variety for breakfast as some of my group were vegan

Room - the ceiling toilet light went out; originally we thought why the bathroom is so dark, the next day we found there were a ceiling light out. We didn't report that, and observed Housekeeping didn't make any changes during our entire stay. Breakfast - we only went for 2-3 times during our stay. The waffle machine was very popular, got to use it on the last breakfast of our stay, but the waffle mix dispensers were quite stuck, and the signal went out, I made decisions of when to turn, so the output was so-so. Clean - I find fine hair on the bathroom floor when we checked in, could have done a better job. Forgot to clean/ change towels even I put them on the floor. The towels seems a bit too old, can let them retire.

No supply of bottle water/ drinking water (maybe you considered tap water is sufficient). I noticed only Diamond or some-level of clients can get free water, or we need to buy it from your tuck shop. I didn't check it out, suggest to present bigger/clearer price list.
