The staff is just so amazing have to point a one person who went above and beyond my expectations this is Aditya, I just had surgery and because of a air B&B mix up I had no where to stay Quality inn came through for me and my family the most wonderful rest in my clean quiet room to awake to pancakes and eggs muffins yogart that's hashbrowns oatmeal and much more. I give this wonderful hotel above and beyond 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were upgraded to the family room on our first night accommodation and it was lovely and quiet. We stayed a couple weeks later and found it extremely noisy on the front side of the hotel. Heard showers running, people chatting late into the night and much noise from the street.

Breakfast was great. Chairs at the tables could have been a little higher. Maybe a couple tables could be reserved for those with handicap issues, which we both had. Knees will only bend so far when sitting!

The room was clean and comfortable and the location was great. There was easy access to many restaurants within walking distance.

The breakfast left something to be desired and the lighting in the room needed an instruction manual.

Staff have no understanding of customer service. Made it difficult to enjoy stay

The beds and bedding were comfy. The breakfast had a good range of things to eat and the pancake maker was something I’d never seen before. Friendly and helpful staff and a welcoming lobby.

Minor annoyances. The tv remote didn’t work when we got there but that was easily rectified. One of the two keycards for our room never worked despite getting it fixed.

shockingly nice for a Quality Inn. Suprised the ratings aren’t higher and I travel quite I bit. I think the room was really nice in part because it looked recently renovated.

It did have breakfast which is a plus but it was very average or slightly below average compared to other stays with free breakfast.

Excellent We needed to stay on the main floor and that was possible.

It would be good to pit two handicap stalls marked as such near the foor.

The room was clean. Breakfast was quite adequate and fresh and appliances working for pancakes etc.

The heating/pipe system was beyond intolerable. Not able to sleep with the noise and vibrations in the walls. Gave me an instant headache and since it was constant did not sleep far less have a comfortable sleep. The outdoor parking area entrance is very dirty. Not worth the rate we payed.

The room wasn’t automatically cleaned. I had to ask to have things replenished and even then some things were missed! The front sidewalk was slippery and hills icy!

Did not expect a full breakfast. So we were satisfied. The TV could have more channels than only Shaw. We were looking for other/more movies to watch
