Standard hotel, stayed a few times here, better than most others in the neighborhood. Large room, comfortable bed and pillows. Shower is fantastic.

Dog cleaning fee C$25,- for cleaning 4m2 vinyl is out of proportion, didn’t had to pay this before, but today reception could only say : “it’s our policy”. Breakfast this time was less quality as last experiences. The loud children in the pool and tub, however this is not to be blaimed the hotel but the parents of those unbehaving kids. This time no inside parking due to repairs of garage door.

Location was good, close to the shopping mall, good restaurants, etc. Secure parking and easy access to the city and highway is a bonus, had a nice stay for 2 nights.

The hotel is comfortable but the breakfast is so so. It's ok when you are on the go.

Nobody at desk for either check-in (20mins) or check -out. Called hotel as needed to leave (but needed receipt so couldn’t just drop card) but no answer. Had to wait and be late.

Booked a room for 5 people, but the bed for the 5th person wasn’t made up. Arriving late in the day there was none to make it and we had to hunt down linen.

Location was easy to access. Underground parking was a good feature. Bed was comfortable. Mobility access bathtub was easy to access for my wife. Breakfast was basic and good.

The in wall heating unit made a noise throughout the night. Might be an issue for a light sleeper or bring ear plugs.

The room was a bit worn. Baseboards falling off. I imagine it is the last to get repairs due to being a pet friendly room.

The hotel is quiet and comfortable, the facility are well maintained, counter is friendly and helpful, breakfast is outstanding.

Das Hotel liegt in einem Randgebiet der Stadt, man benötigt das Auto, um ins „Zentrum“ zu kommen. Gut essen kann man im ca 300 m entfernten „Romeo‘s“ (in einem Coast Hotel). Das Frühstück besteht aus Toast, Marmelade, Erdnussbutter, Omelette und Kaffee im typisch amerikanischen „Plastikstil“, reicht jedoch und ist kostenlos.Die Tiefgarage ist im Haus und kostenlos. Das Personal ist freundlich.

Die Klimaanlage konnte nicht ausgeschaltet werden.

Preis Leistung passt nicht. Viel zu teuer für das, was man bekommt. Frühstück mit Plastikbesteck und Kunststofftellern. Alles wird wegeworfen. Unglaublich bei dem preis. Lage ist gar nicht gut. Es gibt nur 2 Restaurants in Laufweite. Wir hatten einen Gutschein auf der Zimmerkarte für eines davon gehabt und haben dort angebrannte (schwarz nicht dunkelbraun) gegessen.

Only stayed the 1 night, but this is a very comfortable hotel. Extremely clean, spacious, comfortable rooms; the bed was very comfy and nice linen. Nice to have pool and hot tub facilities. Plenty of restaurants around and short drive into the main town. Adequate complimentary breakfast. Good value for money for the room you get.
