I did not enjoy my stay here.
The stairs to the bedrooms are situated at the back of the Elephant restaurant. Not visible.
Room was dull .paid extra for city view . I got a view of air conditioning as we were too far from the city to see it !
They took $250 holding fee and kept it for 7 days ! This is above what we have paid elsewhere and noone has ever kept my money for 7 days . We are travelling and therefore need cashflow. Totally unreasonable and unacceptable . Tried to contact the hotel to resolve this .They kept promising to call back and never did.

Beds are small and location not that great and there was constructions so that really did not help. Sadly it was another hotel that doesn't reply on Booking.com but the front desk person worked it out even though I offered to not stay the night. It was ok...

This is an older hotel but was clean and the staff helpful. The breakfast was a nice surprise with eggs and sausages in addition to oatmeal, toast and yogurt.

The hotel appears neat
What they packaged as breakfast was quite poor. Manitoba has opened up and they should open their breakfast room so that guests can have quality breakfast

The gentleman at the front desk gave us a warm welcome. The room was very clean and well appointed, bed was comfortable. Parking lot was well lit.

I paid, in advance, for a king bed. Upon arrival, I was told they were sold out so they only had a double available. When I spoke with the manager in the morning, he said my room was not cleaned in time.
