Staff was nice, room was clean, location was amazing, and as the hotel does not have a casino, it was not packed and there was no line to check in and check out. Definitely I'll stay there next time I'm in Vegas.

It’s beautiful. The rooms are great, location is fantastic. Safe, secure and would be 5-star if not for the pool music. It ruins the experience.

Ridiculous loud music every day until 6pm. No rooms are immune, we were on the 15th floor of the main tower. It completely ruins being in your room during the day. Nonsensical, it is so loud you can’t read, can’t watch tv, can’t even talk on the phone. Hilton should stop this as their wonderful resort has been reduced to a day time party atmosphere. It’s horrible.

Wasn’t told there was a daily pool party with DJ all day long every day or offered a choice of room that was affected by noise. Was not given directions to room when checked in and it was in a different tower.

The inclusion of a kitchen in the room, this is why you were chosen over many other promotions. We'd have a preference for a larger kitchen counter top though.

Whilst at your pool, it was possible to smell the garbage from the Flamingo next door. Perhaps in the summer this is worse?

I loved that each room had a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. They are bigger rooms than typical hotels. Staff were friendly and the place was clean. Location was great.

My only complaint was the pillows. They were extremely uncomfortable.

We got upgraded to a one-bedroom suite and it was super comfy! Large large apartment-like space with in-room washer/dryer. They warned us that since the hotel is close to the Flamingo pool, we would hear music from there during the day but it was so minimal that I could barely hear it (maybe it's not party days). The hotel is right behind Flamingo Hotel so it's a short walk to the Strip and the monorail station is right next to the hotel entrance. Very convenience. If you are going to Vegas but don't want to stay in a casino hotel with smoke everywhere, this is a place for you.

Wir hatten eine Suite gebucht und waren begeistert! Es ist eine kleine Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer und einem Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch. Das Badezimmer ist geteilt, Toilette separat und Dusche sowie Badewanne (grosse Wanne für 2 Personen) im anderen Teil des Bades. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit allem was es braucht, sogar mit Geschirrspüler. Eigener Waschturm (Maschine und Trockner) in der Suite. Lage perfekt zum Strip! Ruhig gelegen und man ist in knapp 5min mitten auf dem Strip! Einfach perfekt! Leider kein Frühstück aber das ist kein Problem, man kann ja einkaufen gehen und es selbst zubereiten in dieser Unterkunft :-)

O quarto é simplesmente um flat, tem realmente tudo é como se tivesse alugado um Airbnb.

O estacionamento não tem ligação direta com o hotel, é na quadra do lado, pois atende a rede flamingo toda! Porém como é grátis, algo bem raro em Vegas, o custo benefício se paga.

Eram 2 quartos reservados, e nos colocaram em quartos muito distantes um do outro. Banheira no quarto, desnecessária. No lugar dela poderia ter um Box maior para o chuveiro, pois é bem apertado…

Bem localizada e silenciosa. Recepção muito educada e atenciosa. A vista da entrada do nosso quarto era deslumbrante, pois via a roda gigante e a esfera. O quarto era bem equipado, limpo e sem cheiro e bem conservado. As camas eram ótimas.

It was decent. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The pool scene is very scenic. Next to the Flamingo at night, i get a Miami Vice vibe. Bathtub was amazing!

Safe malfunctioned and it took over 4 hours to get someone up here. Already used lotion left in my room. I’ve been in better Hilton rooms.

The hotel is very clean and not crowded. We stayed in rooms 515 and 517 which were adjoining rooms. All staff from cleaning staff, bell boys, front staff were all so nice and very pleasant. Special shoutout to Michelle at front desk

I like the fact that the Hotel was off the main Las Vegas strip but it had easy access to the Flamingo. It was easy to come and go. Within minutes we were on the strip. Bonus

The market was closed the first day we were at the hotel. We had to go out and find someplace to eat breakfast.

Overall this was a great place to stay and super central! We requested in advance to be away from the Flamingo Go Pool due to the other reviews about noise and this was honoured. The first few days weather wasn’t great so it wasn’t open but once it warmed up and the party started we could hear it but not too bad from our room (304). Apartment has a well equipped kitchen and easy to get Uber eats delivered. Water pressure was great for the shower. Maintenance team came quickly for issue with lights and DVD player issues (it was replaced there and then!). It’s not a smart TV so no Netflix etc but the DVD selection is new movies. Sofa bed was comfortable and relatively easy to take out and fold back. Uber/taxi at flamingo few mins walk, if you use Lyft they pick up outside Grand Vacations. Bus stops and monorail not far! We went to the timeshare sales talk (we got $125 visa gift card and $50 dining/attraction voucher - not bad for a rainy day that would have been wasted) Roger and Joseph were not pushy and I was honest it wasn’t something affordable at the moment but if you’re a frequent traveler it was a good deal! At check in they give water voucher but can get water from reception wherever. On our first night we went to Jays Market which is walking distance just for the basics - next day we got an Uber to Target & Albertsons but you can also get the 202/CX bus - use the Transit app) All the staff were lovely and helpful during our whole stay!

- No access to Netflix etc on TV (not a big deal though as free rental DVDs good!) - They don’t give a duvet/comforter for sofa bed only blankets which were static - Room was a bit dusty in places (bedroom telephone, clear light shades in kitchen and shower bathroom floor).

checkin and reception were helpful with mistakes made by booking.com. On arrival at 1pm, , the desk at HGVC showed no reservation for me, and had no available rooms I contacted Booking.com customer (disconnected twice), who stated they showed my reservation, and they were unable to reach Hiltons central reservations to resolve the issue. They would not speak to the person at the desk trying to help me The Booking.com agents " solution" was for me to wait until official check in time of 4 pm, and if they did not have a room then, they would find alternatives I contacted someone at HGVC ( Tiffani N) who immediately answered, and determined the issue was someone at booking.com booked my room with first and last name reversed. For future reference, my experience with booking.com was horrible. You price matched a competitors price on June 22, confirmed by chat and email TWICE that I should receive the price match they confirmed. This was reviewed and confirmed again on Nov 7 when THEY (not the property) billed me the incorrect price, and I again contacted customer service. When receiving no response for how I would receive a refunded for the difference ( They continued to ask me to submit what the property charged me, when they, not the property, billed me incorrectly), a new manager decided to renege on the price match approved almost 5 months ago. I have wasted over 2 hours of my time in useless chats, and on the phone with your customer service, who have now concluded on Nov 14 and Nov 21st that when Booking.com agents approve and send verification of a price match, that " guarantee" is worthless if another manager reviews it 4-5 months later and decides it shouldn't have been approved.
