The rooms are spacious and very comfortable.

It is easy to come and go from the property. The location is convenient to the strip without the hassle of being on the strip.

Leider war nicht ersichtlich, dass das Zimmer nicht zum Hotel gehört, sondern von einer anderen Firma betrieben wird. (stand zwar im Titel, aber die Zusammenhänge waren nicht klar) - das bedeutet, dass die Rezeption einem nicht weiterhelfen konnte, sondern man die Nummer des Anbieters anrufen musste, wenn man etwas brauchte. TV nur US und mexikanische Sender. Rezeption in Tower 1. Abends nicht besetzt. Nicht auszuschließen, wenn die die Zimmerkarte verliert und Nachts zurück kommt.

The condo was clean. The facilities smelled nice.

Parking was kind of a pain in the neck. Asked to leave my truck in front for ten minutes while my wife and i pick up something. Two valets said it was ok, then as we were walking in another valet ran up and cried no you can't park there. Mind you we weren't blocking anything and were only going to be a minute.

Beautiful interior and I love the balcony spaces. Our room overlooked MGM pool and that was fantastic

The Television in the front living area was non operational and the keycards don’t always unlock. You had to try it multiple times. They were replaced once during our stay and we still had the same problems

Location and staff

Cleanliness, and since it is not the MGM Signature that runs the Jet Luxury... the cleanliness issues were not dealt with. Jet Luxury did not respond to my texts or pictures.

the rooms were great and well stocked. we really liked the connected suite.

when using AirBnB, you can’t use bellhop services easily. also, when we wanted to check in a little early it was complicated to have to go through a non-hotel service to confirm if the rooms were ready. all in all, I wished we had booked direct instead of with AirBnB, although I didn’t compare prices so perhaps we got a better deal. This hotel doesn’t have any airport service.

When we arrived for a 4 night stay we were assigned a suite on very high floor, but facing airport which was not ideal. But after consulting with Jet they could change it to another suite on a lower (10th) floor which was facing the other side (strip). This was exactly same room, and was wonderful, clean, spacious, good bed and badroom, a small but well equiped kitchenette so you can have breakfast and even make some light meals if you want. The complex also has modern fitness center as well as laundry options if you need it. All in all a very good option for travelers who don't need to very busy casino hotels, but still be relatively close to strip without need to take a taxi or uber. Also kudos to Jet for allowing a early check in, we could enter room at 1PM already. In any case the hotel offers bag service so you can store bags.

Although there is a (climatized) walkway to MGM Grand, it takes quite a time to reach the strip as you need to pass hallway, restaurant and casino area of MGM, about 15m. But during daytime you can make a shortcut if you want which brings it back to 5.

We love staying at this hotel and have always gone here ever since we first stayed here! Easy checkin and out and always have a great time! Love your car service as well.

You only had 2 elevators working during our stay. It made it longer of a wait to get up and down with lots of people jamming to get into one.
