Long line for omelette was worth the wait. All the food was plentiful and hot. There was an abundance of everything.

We stayed for a couple of days and did not get any room service, no clean towels or trash removal.

Cost of Drink and Food. We paid for Premium with Drinks, Snack and Candy and only received them on the 1st night even asking reception for them

The outside is very old and dirty, the inside looks better. Our toilet didn't work after the first use. The shower water pressure was low. The vibe, people was very nice. The front desk was super rude and Everytime we asked for something, they didn't have it. Customer service was the worst. Old building, probably wouldn't stay again! A low 3 rating!

Customer service was rude at the front desk, location and outside need improvement super bad. 240 a night for this hotel when other hotels are more modern and in a better location!! Wasn't pleased at all!

Personal de recepción fatal, escaqueándose de mandar la Van para el transfer del aeropuerto a parte de los huéspedes que nos alojábamos con MENTIRAS. Igualmente dijo que el parking era gratis y no fue así. La piscina extremadamente sucia llena de gente bebiendo alcohol, comiendo pizza dentro del agua, superando cualquier aforo lógico y (además) llena de bolas de pelo y suciedad flotando!. No lavaría con ese agua ni mi coche. Respecto a los ruidos de aeropuerto y tren nos lo imaginábamos.

Muy bien ubicado, la habitación perfecta.

Los empleados de recepción nos trataron muy mal, necesitábamos pedir comida ya que el hotel no tiene nada para cenar ni lugares cerca para comprar y habíamos llegado a las 9pm luego de un vuelo de 10 horas. No nos atendían el teléfono, tuvimos que bajar a la recepción y nos trataron mal. La verdad fue decepcionante y nos quedamos sin cenar. El desayuno y los empleados que asisten el desayuno son excelentes! Deben mejorar los empleados de recepción.

Overall really nice hotel. Staff, room and amenities were good and I especially liked having balcony access with view.

The pool is nice. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is okay, although the choice is not so broad—good egg station but for the rest just plain. Free drink, happy hour.

Checking in did not go very smoothly because I got into this dissatisfying conversation with a guy from the reception who I felt was not too friendly. However, the manager did her best to solve the issue (an administrative matter). Airplanes noise but that's what you get when you book in this area, just to be prepared, you hear the planes on and off.

Proximity to Airport and Breakfast was pretty good standard.

The free shuttle service was not up to standard. It was meant to be 24 hour shuttle from and to the airport. We were delayed in Houston because of a storm so we phoned the hotel and shuttle of our delay and they said no problem just call us when you land. We tried calling them several times when we landed just after midnight but no answer. We had to take a $20 cash taxi. Thank goodness because we didn’t know how else to get to the hotel. The late night reception guy said the shuttle guy must’ve been sleeping. Not helpful when we had flown from New Zealand and were super tired and disoriented. We also had problems going back to the airport a few days later at 5am in the morning because the driver had sleep too long. There were several of us waiting this time with tight flight schedules and he finally turned up 15 minutes late.

The Breastfast was good. Love the omelet station. I also like the complimentary drinks in the evening.

There was a loud noise all night like rattling pipes. The water turned off in the middle of the shower two nights in a row and then turned back on. The loud planes going over the hotel most of the night and the loud train.

La chambre était magnifique, l’accueil était super, le petit déjeuner est complet, salle de sport correcte. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est super, vous pouvez disposer d’une navette pour vous récupérer /déposer à l’aéroport.

Peut être rajouter des crudités dans le petit déjeuner proposé.

Parking included in stay

Housekeeping didn’t clean our room any of the days we were there. Called for towels the second day and nobody ever came. Had to walk around the hotel to track down a housekeeper. Also, found two roaches on different days in our room!

the food was good and the customer service was excellent

We used the shuttle service provided by a 3rd party through you to go to the cruise port. They were very professional and got us to the port safely and quickly. The late day drink and snacks was wonderful and breakfast at Embassy Suites is always great.

Shuttle did not arrive after a 45 minute wait. Extremely hot so we ended up taking a taxi.

Suite très spacieuse, très bien équipée avec 1 chambre séparée. La literie était très confortable, même le matelas du canapé lit dans lequel ma fille de 16 ans a dormi était un vrai matelas ! Les fenêtres sont très bien isolées car nous n'avons pas été dérangé par le bruit des avions. Le déjeuner était fabuleux, très divers, copieux et surtout très savoureux. La navette qui vous récupère à l'aéroport est également un plus très appréciable.

Lors de notre enregistrement, la personne à l'accueil n'a pas été très aimable, aucun sourire ni aucune explication, c'est dommage pour un premier contact avec les américains ! Heureusement la découverte de notre suite et le personnel du petit déjeuner le lendemain nous a réconcilié !!!

The food I ordered from Grill 305 was pricy for the size salmon I received

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great! Dinner in restaurant was very good as well as the bar.
