Es una cadena de hoteles internacional y por más que intenté solicitar un método alternativo a la llamada para pedir el traslado desde el aeropuerto, porque tengo solo roaming de datos, no me dieron ninguna opción. Lo peor fue que dos horas después de hacer check-out me di cuenta de que olvidé dentro del refrigerador unos quesos que traía de regalo y la respuesta fue que subieron a la habitación, pero ya no había nada. Cómo un hotel de su categoría puede robar las pertenencias olvidadas por sus huéspedes y admitirlo de esa manera?

Das Zimmer, besonders das Bad, ist für amerikanische Verhältnisse gut groß. Die Betten waren bequem, alles sehr sauber.
Frühstück war ein Selbstbedienungsbuffet: einfach und viel einzeln verpackt, aber man findet schon genug leckere Sachen, um sich für ein paar Stunden zu sättigen! :)

I stayed at the Best Western Plus Miami Airport North Hotel & Suites with my boyfriend from July 5th to 6th, and we had a good experience. The room was large and spacious, and the shower was excellent. The staff was helpful and attentive. I really enjoyed the stay, and it’s important to mention that the soundproofing of the room was perfect, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. Overall, I recommend this hotel.
The American-style breakfast was good, but when I went at 8:30 AM, several options were already gone. However, the kitchen ladies were very friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast option is excellent, and the front desk staff is so nice!
The size of the rooms is amazing; they are so big even if you go there with two kids (in our case, we are four).
I hope to be there next time if I need to make a stop in Miami.

The entire hotel has been updated tastefully. The room was large, comfortable, clean, and attractive. The delicious breakfast included a wide variety, such as eggs, sausage, waffles, pancakes, juice, fruit, etc. Parking was free! It was not far from Little Havana where we took a culinary food tour. This Best Western Plus Hotel provided great value.

Fenster kann man nicht öffnen. ( wie bei den meisten „Flughafen Hotels“) jedoch dieses liegt eigentlich - zumindest die hinteren Zimmer- weiter weg.
Frühstück war gut jedoch also kleine Sonderwünsche bzw Fragen zu möglichen Allergenen konnten von freundlichen Personal leider nicht beantwortet werden..

Clean, modern hotel, huge room, efficient and friendly staff. Decent breakfast - not a huge choice but fairly normal for the price. Minimal aircraft noise (we were at the back of the hotel). Large car park, did not charge for parking. Close to car rental for drop off before flying the next day.

We needed a place close to the airport and customer reviews averaged 8. We found the lobby to be clean and inviting. The front desk was efficient and helpful. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was large and updated. We did not get to partake of the breakfast, since we had a very early flight. Also, we did not use the free shuttle service since we had a rental car. We would recommend this hotel for an overnight stay.
The elevator was old, but adequate, and the hallway carpet was old, tired and needed stretching which is why I only gave it a 7.
