Booking is a scam with hidden fees and the worst client service ever! Do not do business with. Si busca un servicio serio y honesto, no hacer negocios con Booking.com que es incompetente para solucionar sus propios errores. Definitivamente, no es la mejor elección para reservaciones. My credit card was charged even after I had cancelled a booking only one hour later and because the hotel had not the transportation service the offered in the announce. I have tried several times to complaint against the hotel (Sleep Inn Miami Airport Hotel) and Booking.Com, but the only answer I get from the hotel General manager is that Booking never informed about the cancellation. I spoke with 10 employees from Booking and they never showed interest solving the problem or accepting my complaint. I cancelled the request in my own Booking account and sending an email to the Sleep Inn Miami Airport Hotel, but they refused my communication and charge my credit card. Even if I have all the proofs and emails sent to the hotel and Booking, they never solve the refund. I have proofs, I did all wright and I trusted Booking.Com but now I only have disappointing, anxiety and stress during my vacations.

La réservation est une vilaine arnaque avec un service client décevant au moment de reconnaître qu'il a commis une erreur. Si vous recherchez un service sérieux et honnête, ne faites pas affaire avec Booking.com qui est incompétent pour corriger ses propres erreurs. Ce n'est certainement pas le meilleur choix pour les réservations. Sleep Inn Miami Airport Hotel ne tient pas la promesse d'une annulation anticipée gratuite de la réservation, pire encore, ignore une annulation écrite et facture la carte de crédit et son propre directeur général refuse de restituer l'argent. Le service client s’avère être un hôtel rien fiable et de mauvaise qualité.

From website I was given the impression that shuttle would be available. Upon confirming the booking it was revealed that the shuttle would not be available at that time of arrival. THIS WAS DISAPPOINTING AND SHUTTLE HOURS SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLEARLY STATED UPFRONT!!

My daughter likes the waffles and that was pretty much it

I didn’t like the bathroom cause it look old and wasn’t very clean, I had to kill a big roach and I’m sure when the housekeeper cleaned the room she saw the roach because I especially left it by the bed where I killed so they can see it but since I had an 18 hour drive I just wanted to sleep. so yes the only thing I enjoy was my daughter enjoy her waffles and my sleep and my kids sleep but other than that everything else was not good.

The location, the shuttle from the airport, the friendly and helpful front desk staff, in house breakfast especially the waffles. When my plane arrived early morning after an overnight from LA after a 14 hr overseas flight I was able to pay a bit extra and have early checkin (no facilities in either airport). It’s also within walking distance of some eateries.

Not the hotel’s fault but you need to go reasonably early to get the full breakfast offerings. I was surprised at how much food some people took.

Chuveiro com água fria. Café da manhã decepcionante. Cheguei e não tinha absolutamente nada disponível para comer (cheguei para o café às 8:30am, sendo que o café vai até 9am). Check in muito demorado.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

The place was not clean, the coach in the reception area is very dirty. The elevator was very scary. the phone in the room did not work. The towels and wash rags were threadbare.
