Ruime kamer. Waren alleen maar voor een nachtje en we kamen laat aan, dus helaas weinig van de faciliteiten gebruik kunnen maken.
We hadden een kinderwagen en kregen een kamer boven. Er was geen lift en ze hadden geen kamer meer op de begane grond. Dit vond ik niet zo heel netjes. Ook de kamers waren op een andere locatie dan de receptie, dus je moest terug naar buiten om naar de receptie te gaan.

Great pool area, clean large room. Nice bathroom with coffee maker ☺️location very convenient to walk to restaurants and breweries

No elevator in the building we were in. Not sure if other buildings had an elevator, but it wasn’t mentioned at check in.
Room at the end of the floor is actually outside the building. We got a lot of noise from the door to the interior opening and closing. I would NOT have felt safe in this room by myself.

I didn't like how when I checked into Best Western Plus Hill House that they should of took the money out,but instead Best Western Plus Hill House waited until July 21,2023 to take the money out and now I'm stranded,because of them. NEVER EVER STAY AT BEST WESTERN PLUS HILL HOUSE IN BAKERSFIELD. TGE ADDRESS IS 700 TRUXTUN AVE. BAKERSFIELD,CA. 93301. BEST WESTERN PLUS HILL HOUSE STEALS YOUR MONEY ! ! !

I love this place! Its clean and quite an staff is always accommodating theyre pet friendly and only a few steps to the mill creek park. Love it!

The bathroom was not cleaned, the sliding glass door did not lock. Woke up extremely early to the bathroom leaking from the room above, bathroom covered in water. Told front staff upon check out and they did not seem to care.

I book 1 rooms and . Booking .com only reserved 1 room . Now I need to let me credit card to only pay for one room not two .

Breakfast was horrible. Ice machines didn't work. Requested balcony room but didn't get one. Beds were hard. Carpet wasn't very clean.

Was very bad experience with the front desk people, he gave us a handicap room smell bad and feels very bad also, just because we stuck we stayed there

The room was very spacious, clean, well equipped (coffee maker, iron, microwave, hairdryer, lots of furniture) and warm. air con was working well. staff was super nice and helpful! breakfast was a ‘grab and go’ type. yea and coffee available near reception. there’s a bar at the hotel too.
