The price was quoted CA$202 on Booking but at the desk CA$495, we found alternative lodging.

I left my AirPods in the hotel🥲. The staff took great care to send it back to me! Cute box and careful packing！😊

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location near the beach is amazing.
We found a bed bug in our bed which is totally for a “high quality” resort. The food in the restaurant was poor.

The beach was awesome. The golf course seemed fun ( I didn't play, I went to this hotel with my wife and kids for the beach). The food at the country club was good. A real resort where you can spend a couple of vacation days. The location was perfect, near the Greenwich trail. We had a renovated cottage, and it was beautiful (I'm not sure all the cottage are renovated).
There were a lot of fruit flies in the cottage!!!

reception staff was was rude and snobby. we waited almost 2 hrs to get into our room and they didn’t offer a complimentary drink or apology just said come back later. food was overpriced for what you got.

The property and location are gorgeous, and the hotel clearly puts a lot of effort in to maintain a clean and welcoming interior. The staff who greeted us (a young man, I don't remember his name unfortunately) was charming and very friendly.
My one suggestion for improvement would be that, as my partner and I were talking, we both agreed that this hotel could easily become a 5 start hotel with room renovations. This isn't to say the rooms weren't clean or comfortable - they absolutely were. But they are clearly a little dated and less impressive than the hotel exterior and communal areas.

I loved the location right on on the golf course and the rooms are quaint. It's a great location to make have a golf vacation!
The lady at the reception wasn't the most customer service oriented. She didn't give us any information on the checkouts neither the breakfast. I had to ask a waitress at the restaurant where would the breakfast be. The lady clerk sould have been more informative.

The location and beach are great at this resort
The beds in the suits in the main building are fantastic but on this night we stayed in the 1 bedroom cottage and the mattress is horrible and the a/c did not work.
Beds need to be replaced.

Perfect location on the beach, beautiful grounds and places to walk around. I heard the restaurant IN the resort was good, didn't have a chance to try it. Staff was helpful and nice. Free water and coffee.
Wifi wasn't great. The restaurant on the golf course was not good... waited literally an hour for drinks and the food wasn't great. Just bar food.

It’s a few steps away. A good place to have breakfast.
I used google map, entered the hotel’s name and it brought me to a golf parking lot nearby. I think you might consider avoiding the problem by putting more signs along the road?

Service was excellent, the location was great and really safe during covid. The meals from the clubhouse were really good. We had a great evening / night. We could also stay with our dog. Next time we go to PEI, we'll surely stay here again! Thank you (and we don't even play golf!) haha
