Room, staff, breakfast, cleanliness.

Large party of local young people in a room on our hall. It was obvious what was going on. Not sure how you eliminate this sort of activity.

Ter de pagar para estacionar o carro. Ter de pagar por um edredon para a segunda cama. O pequeno almoço, para hotel de 4 estrelas era sofrivel

Staff was great. The hotel was not great at all. My first room was so cold I ended getting moved to another room. Even once in the second room and having the maintenance man check the unit, the room was still chilly even with the thermostat set to 80 degrees. The bathroom had mold and the room was not very clean.

The heating unit not working, the cocktail hour being limited to wine even though on the card provided it stated beer, wine, and spirits; and the uncleanliness of the room along with the mold.

Our stay was great. Ive slept in better beds when staying at the embassy. Everything else was great!

The smell of the room was an old smell and the bed wasnt as comfortables as others embassies..

I’ve stayed more than once. I love that they have a shuttle to the airport. Staff is helpful. Room is relatively comfortable.

I always come to this hotel and the experience is always great but this time there were a lot of kids teenagers ect. Running up and down the hallways which is usually not allowed especially after 10pm. By no means do I hold the staff of this hotel responsible but I do think that they should hold those guest parents responsible and have a discipline policy that every guest should be held to.

The included breakfast was a good value. They had several choices at the buffet, where you could find something to please any taste or dietary restriction.

The time frame that breakfast was served was too limited. It should be offered until 10am, especially on the weekend. Also, in the photos it shows that the hotel has a pool. The front desk informed us that they never re-opened the pool after covid. I had a bathing suit with me, and I had planned to swim. Also, parking was outrageously expensive!! Embassy Suites is GOUGING their customers, charging $44/night for parking.

Location is great! Close to everything! Distance walking to The Whole Foods and Costco! Many options for breakfast, however very little options for vegans! Wish they had more fruits, plant based milk, or some other vegan options. I really liked prompted answers on my questions through texts.

Dripping water in bathtub. Please consider breakfast even for vegans! Like better selection of fruits, plant based milk or yogurt, or anything else. The stay could be cheaper.
