The asian lady at the counter was not nice.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff was very friendly even though we were not able to check in as soon as we got there we were still able to check in before the standard 3:00 time so we had a chance to explore DC before entering into our room

It made me a little upset that breakfast wasn't included for the price and that there was no pool. That would be such a wonderful addition but there were so many people there! I believe there was a wedding and a family reunion so I could understand why maybe you guys don't have a pool because it would be crowded

Had an issue with multiple charges on my card and both staff employees I dealt with could not explain to me why. One woman just walked away in the middle of our conversation. I tried for the last time to get some answers and the same woman was extremely rude and condescending.

Roomy accommodations, clean and comfortable.

A bit of a difficult place to access with a driveway that wasn't intuitive at all. The Uber drivers had problems and after the first time, I had to guide drivers to the entrance.

Location was great. Front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Shuttle drivers were friendly and they were safe drivers.

The chair in the room was very dirty, we didn't use it the entire time we were there. Window sill looks like it had not been cleaned in a very long time, dead insects and dirt on the window sill. The mirror hanging above the desk was very dusty. The window drapes were not hung properly. The bathroom was way too small, but it was clean. There was a hole on the wall from the door knob hitting it and coffee spills on the wall next to the bed. Rust stains and what appeared to be gray wall paint on the comforter.

Close to the metro and the few shops, like the Amazon supermarket and a Chipotle down the road.

Bad valuie for money, The photos are too good for what you get. This hotel should be a 100 dollar per night hotel and not the 300 dollar I was paying. Only 2 of the 3 lifts work and so always takes long to get anywhere Breakfast is not worth paying for.
