Window do not open. Poor shower. Very poor breakfast. Unfriendly and not accommodating staff.

Acomodacao limpa e com moveis renovados e muito confortaveis. Cafe da manha vale muito a pena por ser incluso na diaria. Outro destaque é o estacionamento dentro das instalações SEM custo adicional. Otimo isso!!

The air units in rooms are outdated ( noisy and odd smell when first put on) Needs some updating (paint, carpet) Maybe an additional elevator

There were several kids from a team that ran in the hallways until 12:45 a.m. We didn't get any sleep until then. When I called the desk they made them stop. The hotel did not charge us for the room $325.00 BUT BOOKING.COM ONLY REFUNDED 35.00 WHAT A RIP OFF. I WILL CONTINUE TO GIVE BAD RATINGS TO BOOKING FOR EVER.

Got in elevator to find out the water was going to be shut off by the note they left on elevator wall. The next day they had the elevator out of service. We were in 311 an dhad to check out but the staircase was all the way across hotel and down 3 flights. Managment and the staff didn't offer to lift a finger for their hotels short comings
