This little local hotel was so nice and basic. We were in Winnipeg for a family function and this little gem was so right for the price and location.
The room was spotless, the bed super comfortable which provided a great nights sleep. Great little cafe and big pub attached to the property.
No Coffee maker in the room. No comfortable chair besides the cafe set.

The worst was the snow ploughs at 2 am clearing the parking lot for am hour !!!! Loud and bright lights.
It was awful!!!!! I couldnt get back to sleep because if loud heater kicking in and out

Close to where my son lives who we were visiting. Bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean and had ample towels etc.
Floor ceiling walls could be updated. A grab bar or two in the bathtub would be good.

The motel was conveniently located with a very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The motel allowed pets for a reasonable charge ($10) making it still good value for the price.
The room was a bit cold and the heating was quite noisy.

This little hotel is superb! The staff were friendly and the room was very clean, quiet and private. I would totally recommend.
The snow in front of the beverage room could be shovelled better, perhaps down to the concrete for easier access. Quite slippery and snow packed.

The new bed is fantastically comfy. Loved it. Staff are great.

it’s central and minutes from city my friend and I were attending a Halloween party close by. excellent price for 1 night stay. easy to check in, pay and rest before partying! the next day we had breakfast in their restaurant and it was fabulous! the owner of the hotel greeted as we were packing up the vehicle. Awesome hospitality! 👍
not anything v to do with the property. I was confused where to check in. after asking, you pay for you room at the bar and they give you a key! Easy peasy! 👍👍

Very clean and comfortable. As I was travelling with a young dog, it was great to have a large field right across the road. Having a beer store on-site was a bonus.

Parking was fantastic - we were towing a uhaul, and they gave us a great spot with lots of lighting.
Bed was comfy.
Terrible internet - strong signal, but very slow (less than 1mb)
ordered pizza and nachos from the bar - pizza crust was really bad. Nachos were ok, but not great.
TV was new, but poor hookup made it pretty hard to watch (tv on channel 3 - who does that still?)
shower - low pressure, lukewarm water (that didn't turn off properly, either)
