The staff was friendly.

The hotel needs a big update.

Taking a shower was very disappointing. The water did not drain well and I ended up standing in ankle deep water. I told the front desk after my first night, but the problem was NOT solved. Talked to housekeeping about getting clean towels, but never did get them. Felt that the staff did not listen to me. Only writing this review so these requests will stop.

The staff went above and beyond!! Our stay was on my great grandson's birthday. The staff went out of their way to recognize him and make him feel special!! Our room was spotless and comfortable! We will be staying again.

The room was not serviced, with no explanation why. A rate reduction should be applied as the rate reflects the service cost.

Location was good.

The place was dated. The spa tub was disgusting. Stained very bad ,slip guard torn. Didn't use it. Furniture was soiled. The bed slept fairly. I asked the lady at the desk was there a better section or other room's and she said they are all the same. I have stayed at other Hamptons and have never experienced this before. Very disappointed. I needed to stay 2 nights but left and went to the Hyatt hotel nearby. Very pleased. That place needs renovations desperately. Uh
