They did not honor the price I booked the room for. Charged $5 more because of “tax increase” - which isn’t much but it’s the fact that it was no fault of mine and the lady was extremely rude about it.

Location, size of room, breakfast.

The lock on the back door was broken and left propped open. People were going in and out. One lady was walking her bulldog in and out of the hotel. BULLDOG. When I mentioned it to the hotel clerk she said, "well, we are a pet friendly hotel." Our room was very large but there were so many issues. The door to the bathroom wouldn't close, the shower nozzle wouldn't adjust, there was no hot water at the bathroom sink, no coffee pot to go with coffee maker, and various kitchen items were dirty including disgusting washcloths with sticky stains.The remote wouldn't work to turn on the tv but when I called the front desk she was alone and couldn't come up to look at it. We finally found the the power button to turn it on but the remote never worked. The mattress was so old we rolled to the middle of the bed. When we tried mentioning these things we got the cold shoulder. Breakfast was good.
