Weight room was nice to have, facilities were clean
Pool and hot tub were both closed, but advertised as being available. I booked this property for this reason.

This is a gem of a property right in Whistler centre. Not right by any of the noisy nightlife, was very satisfactorily quiet at nighttime (something that we’re personally sticklers for and I was a bit concerned about) but it was fantastic.
10 mins walk to lift, 2 mins walk to Fresh St Market (main Whistler supermarket) and other facilities.
The studio was fantastic - had a little balcony, comfy beds, and even a pull down Murphy bed that doubled up as the dining room table - the kitchen was well equipped, everything was really clean (we even had a couple of mid-stay cleans which was a nice surprise). All the staff at the property are really lovely and helpful.
The gym is quiet small but there’s a Peloton and some fixed weights - the hot tub was busy most of the time but gloriously the sauna took only 5 minutes to get to full height and was always blissfully underused. It was a great temp and very clean, we’re big sauna users and this is such a big plus for Whistler centre at this price.
Will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!
You’re not supposed to have skis / snowboards in rooms, it doesn’t mention about the balconies specifically, but it’s supposed to be stored down in the basement parking garage - we weren’t totally confident that this felt very secure (was the only tiny downside I’d say) so we stored ours securely on our balcony which we were more happy with.

Parking is very tight! It was also stressful wondering if in fact I would get parking attached to hotel! I would have been very upset to have to park in The public parking ..I pack a lot of stuff!

Close to shops,nice room with everything you needed,balcony,laundramat, big tv, Christina ,check in and her husband,maintenance were fantastic
Air conditioner not effective,noisy and smelly,couldn't leave windows open at night due to security and ants prevalent ,very expensive(to be expected there)no fresh air in lifts or corridors

Loved how big the rooms were for two people. Good kitchenette. Good size bathroom with great water pressure. Great location, easy check in and out.
Had to pay for parking unfortunately. $18 CAD a day.

The flat was very well equipped. We had everything we needed. It was very clean and the location was perfect.

We got an upgrade. Appartement was very komfortable and clean. The kitchen was good equipped with coffee and a dishwasher. Everything you need is available.

The location, the self contained apartment, the pool
The hours of the pool, opening at 10.00 is way too late. There was no customer service whatsoever!! Each of the staff on the desk had zero interest in customers which is unbelievable for hospitality.

the main bed in the room was fairly small.
The “anti party” messaging and policies were a little out of hand. We were not there to party and get loud, but by 9 pm the staff was coming out and “shushing” us hanging out in the pool. there was merely laughter and conversations going on.
be cautious if you have a voice that carries, or like to laugh with your company.

Everything was just perfect. Staff so friendly, especially girl with long black hair(sorry didn't get Ur name) who helped with a laundry query. Nothing was too much trouble.
Perfect location and price really good. We even got upgraded so that the bedroom was separate. Ideal when Ur husband gets up at 4am!
Facilities excellent.
Not a criticism but a bath mat would be useful.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice room, with kitchen facilities, available laundry facilities.
Some facilites in need of maintenance attention, like the squeaky door on the elevator.

Great location in the center of village. Comfortable bed.
No laundry in the room. Public laundry room only has 2 washing machine so that you may have to wait. Parking instruction is not clear.

The hrs of the front desk were only 10 to 10...after hrs you may not get a reply. I called about leaving my call until noon and was told i would have to call back because he could not answer me.

The room has all the essentials, including a full kitchen & fireplace. Food nearby, beside you, and on front of you. I'd definitely come back.
Very tight parking, and having to punch in the code at the left side driveway enteance, instead of the right, you'll be blocking a vehicle in front of you.

We had a lovely time at the lodge. Great location and facilities. Front desk was very helpful.
Lift was very slow (one was down). Our room on level 5 had really loud noises possibly from the elevator, sounded like an engine humming every 30 seconds. Had to wear ear plugs at night.

Good location in the village for a reasonable price. Nice to have a pool and hot tub although it is quite small and fills up quickly. Room is small but functional for a couple days if you’re planning on mostly eating out, it had a nice mountain view!
I would have cancelled this trip as I’m injured but it was non refundable, so I thought it would be nice to getaway and relax enjoy the hot tub. I Was even chatting with a staff member prior to arrival who me NO MENTION whatsoever of that the elevators were out of service and since my room was on the 5th floor I was only able to struggle up and down the stairs once a day basically wish they’d have let me know in advance and offered rebooking. They were out the entire 3 days, no updates, no service person in sight.
The sauna was also needing service, it just seems like the property isn’t really being taken care of. they’re in a market where they can fill rooms bo matter what and I think it’s being taken advantage of.

Very clean and rooms had all your basic needs and more: pots, pans, cutlery, etc. The room was very spacious and cozy, it was organized fairly well. Shower and bathroom were both very clean and spacious.
Facilities could have been cleaner, more variety. The laundry room was average, and the gym had limited equipment (broken equipment as well).
