They failed to disclose that the card reader for the doors didn’t even work, the entire hotel stunk like weed and cigarettes

It was not bad at all, just some minor issues that obviously can be fixed. We loved the pool, the night receptionist was amazing! The location for us was great.
Unfortunately during our stay, we were told the key machine was not working, so the poor girl had to open up our door for us every time we headed back up to our room (we were on the 4th floor). We tried limiting our time out all together to avoid having her going all the way up to the fourth floor. It was just very inconvenient. The room, after returning back after a long day, felt like if it was humid. Same sensation as if a humidifier had been left on. The sheets and air felt damp, but it seemed to go away after lowering our ac, but mind you, we never lowered it below 69 degrees. The breakfast was great, but I just wish we were able to grab items ourselves.

A/c wasnt working properly, hot water wasnt hot at all. Room wasnt cleaned on a 3 day stay. Room didnt have a black out curtain, therefore all the sun light would come in. Hotel wifi was really slow.

Easy check in and out both the morning and night receptionist where fast and friendly . Very clean and it was affordable. Honestly wasn’t expecting for it to be as nice for the price I got but def is a really good deal. I plan I def staying here again

The hallways were so dirty. A lot of crumbs in everywhere. As soon I get in my room my towel from my bathroom had a long black hair hanging in there.

Rooms were good, but they smelt bad and had mold in the bathroom
Mold in the bathroom, AC had a very strong and pungent odour. Water would collect in the bathtub while taking a shower. Bathroom walls had mold in it, could smell cigarette smoking or marijuana smoking coming from the exhaust in the bathroom

Size of the room was great. Front desk lady who checked us in was super sweet.
Breakfast was very small and limited. Was served a plate of eggs, a biscuit and sausage and that was it. Bathroom was not cleaned.

la cama y las almohadas son cómodas, el cuarto y el baño es muy amplio, las instalaciones están en buenas condiciones.
le falta iluminación al cuarto, solo tenia 2 lamparas y una de ellas estaba fundida.
que no te dejan entrar a tomar tu comida en el desayuno, tienen el área cerrada y una persona te sirve.

the bed was comfortable
it didn’t look like the pictures online. it was dirty and trashy. furniture in lobby and elevator areas were filthy. the lighting on the stairway was horrible. even my partner comment how sketchy the staircase was. the main reason I picked this property was because of the fitness center, but upon arriving we checked out the fitness center and nothing was even working, and it was torn up so bad looked like it hadn’t been replaced for years!! Also got charged a holding fee for reservations that were paid for already with a different card. would not recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

No para nada las fotos del hotel con la realidad esta sucio, el baño no tiene extrator para sacar el aire caliente, tenia un agujero el baño donde vimos un raton, la verdad no me gusto el precio del hotel para lo que en realidad esta.

The hotel discriminates against service dogs.
I was there for 8 days with my service dog, I was there to rest after surgery. The front desk manager yelled at me saying if he was a service dog my husband would not be taking him out to do his business. (I was recovering from surgery.) She charged up $ 60.00 for ys dog she said I lied . He wasn't a service dog. He was wearing his service dog vest.
They should get RID of the front desk manager she is very mean and RUDE. She has a blatant disregard for service dog laws defined by the ADA

For the price, it is a place to rest your head at night. I checked for bed bugs before doing anything and was glad not to find any. The A/C unit was quite dirty and moldy, so I cleaned it. If any of us had been sensitive to mold it would have been a problem. The room seemed clean enough but this is no five-star hotel. The breakfast is okay. They cook it and serve it which probably keeps things cleaner as a whole. Do not expect a five-star breakfast. If you need a place to sleep and wont be spending much time in the hotel, this is the spot.

Cart to bring in luggage wasnt available. Soap used by preveous guest was in the shower. Tub looked dirty. The a/c didnt cool enough. 2nd floor was really busy.

Our room was dirty - there was someone’s leftovers in the fridge and previous guests socks on the floor, which was dirty/unswept. The bathroom had a lot of mold/water damage
