Everyone was nice

Nothing really I was disappointed I think next time I would not stay at that one

First of all, you did not post on your Booking.com and there was construction going on in the property and it felt like it was in the room so we cannot sleep in at all and while having breakfast one morning there was a roach on the wall behind where my husband was sitting and that to me, was disgusting

Bathroom tub and sink were both clogged up so the nasty disgusting water from the drainage was in the tub while showering. It was very disgusting standing in backed up water while taking a shower. I didn’t feel clean or comfortable

Parking, Shower, The pool was nice and clean.

Breakfast horrible. No meat options for individuals who do not eat pork. The breakfast area was crowded and unorganized. The trash was falling out of the trash can. The hallway on the 3rd floor smelled of chemicals and wet feet. The elevator sounded as if it was going to go any minute. The bed had linen coming out of the bottom. The bed made horrible sounds if you moved around on it. For the cost of the place, I expected so much more. The ladies at the desk seemed bothered.

The breakfast was good. Location is convenient to local areas of interest.

The elevator went out. The air in the room was muggy. Made us feel sticky all night. Did not have enough towels

I hated it the room I was in the outside light shined in the window and you couldn’t close the blinds or the curtains. I didn’t get any sleep the whole weekend. I will every stay there again.

Nice and clean

The lady's that were putting the breakfast were a little rude.

I liked the buffet breakfast each morning. I like the rooms were clean and renovated. I like that all the staff were friendly. I loved that it was only a short drive to the beach:) Even though it was not oceanfront it was still a very nice stay.

I didn't know that the rest of the building was older. For example the roof needed some work and the elevator was pretty old. But they are doing renovations so hopefully they can upgrade everything.

We loved the breakfast buffet and the different selections each day! We liked that all the staff was friendly. We loved that the room was renovated and clean. The decorations were very modern.

The TV had to be fixed in our room, because it wasn't working properly but they replaced it. The outside of the property needed some work.

compared to other Hampton Inns, this one is very run down. wallpaper coming down, rusty light fixtures, carpet is worn and smells. My daughter’s room was disgusting. It was on the 3rd floor and smelled so bad you could hardly stand it. Policy stated no pets however I saw at least 5. I would have brought mine if I had of known that it was allowed.

Worn and dated. Unsocial staff. Not rude but definitely did not make you feel welcome.

room had mold in bathroom. lamps and fire sprinkler was rusted. thermostat couldn’t read temperature

My family liked the location and the size of the room.

The hotel was suppose to be smoke free. The hotel smelled like marijuana and the staff sprayed popery but didn’t cover the smell up. I think I got a contact high and my family member could not breathe very well because of the smoke.

Furniture look old and pictures on the wall was old and rust around the frame and the Furniture peeling and carpet needed to be cleaned and the room smells like old smoker room

Breakfast was good.

I did not have a beach view; the tv remote did function properly, the air/heating unit would not operate properly and I wanted a king size bed but had two queen beds, and Seeing there were no beach views I could not understand why we were on the 5th floor instead of ground level.
