It was mostly clean except for a few things like the safety bar in the shower (rusty) and the handle on the faucet was broken. The tissue box in the lobby bathroom was dirty on top.

Location was a little far from my destination and there was a weird smell in our room. There were no good restaurants around the immediate vicinity, mostly fast food options. Free breakfast at the hotel was awful.

The rooms were nice and big, without being too big. When we texted about an issue with the tv, maintenance came right up and remedied the problem.

The door to our room was an issue and we had difficulty opening and closing it.

The staff was very friendly. Everything was well-maintained and the hotel was beautiful.

There’s nothing that I really didn’t like the only thing I would say is I wish they had a little more options as far as breakfast

The room was great and the fact that they accommodate families with pets is the best!

The sleep sofa was very uncomfortable, we moved mattress to floor which was far better.

Breakfast went well and I appreciated the extended hours. Stephanie was particularly hospitable and gracious. Because of Stephanie, and others who were helpful, I left a gratuity for the staff. I appreciated having the space in my room to set up a workspace.

Did not realize that using Booking.com would mean my Hilton Honors enrollment would not be recognized. Used booking.com because I was making a short notice trip for family member memorial service at the height of summer season. It was not clear that I could have free wifi. Room 206 had a big gash in the dresser. I could not get the TV to work or move off of the HDMI mode using either remote. TVs should be default set to hotel channel at cleaning. Another guest at breakfast had the same experience. I still left a gratuity for the housekeeping staff in appreciation for their service.

My overall stay was pretty good. The rooms were a nice size and clean upon arrival. The front desk staff was very helpful and assisting me with questioned I had.

I had asked for my room to be cleaned and the room was never cleaned during my stay. The receptionists was helpful and provided me with a fresh set of towels. The food was cold for the continental breakfast.
