Nice area

Ever since Covid hotel s have not opened the hot tubs back up. This should be advertised that they are closed!! Pictures in advertising are false.

Had a mishap with the bill, but they made it right. Absolutely the best hotel breakfast we have ever had!!

Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was within walking distance of my venue. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Breakfast was great.

Didn't know before I arrived that parking was not free. Parking lot was too small and had to park on the street.

Having to pay for parking…if I am paying for a room I don’t want to have to pay to park too…honestly if I had know that before booking (I wouldn’t have booked) but my daughter had picked it…

It’s was clean and close to chi arena

Booked a king room was given 2 queens. And there was no remote for the tv, called front desk, they had ME come down and get one. That one would turn on the tv but didn’t work for volume or channels. 2 more calls before someone brought one up to our room.

The room and shower were comfortable.

I was double charged, and it took 4 different phone calls before someone would reimburse the second payment.

Parking was crazy. Had to park at the hotel next door, which was owned by the same company. It was raining and had to walk farther to our hotel.

We loved the location! Cool places to walk to in the area. The room was spacious, breakfast more than adequate and pool area very comfortable.

Parking was tough to find and not included with the reservation. Our room had only one window (ground floor, looking out to the parking lot), with only a blackout shade. I would have loved a sheer curtain as well, so we could have let natural light in during the day without giving people outside a chance to see into our room.

I really liked the location and the fact that they had a pool.

What I didn’t like about the property was that I didn’t know that there was a Disney on Ice event nearby so the entire time there was loud with a bunch of kids screaming. I didn’t even go swimming because there were so many yelling children. Also, didn’t have enough towels for my daughter and her friends to dry off with and the day staff was rude when I was told prior, since I was a guest at the hotel, I could use the breakfast area (after breakfast was served of course), to set up a little area for my daughter and her friends to have cake and open her birthday presents. The woman who asked me what I was doing didn’t seem to approve what I was told I could do and that’s very irritating. I continued anyways to set up and they had cake. I don’t think I’ll be staying here again to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with her friends again.

There was hardly enough warm water let alone hot water for a shower in the morning.

we really enjoy the hotel but the whole family enjoy the Pool and the spa the property was very clean we love the hotel definitely coming back.

Breakfast was hot and amazing. Very welcoming atmosphere. Very clean and friendly staff. Great location in Omaha, easy to get to and lots to do in the area.
