TV didn't work when we got there, the toilet seat was VERY loose, Ice bucket hadn't been emptied from previous people, no drinking cups in bath, had to use the coffee cups..

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at for $350+. There was food rotten left in the fridge and our sheets were dirty and beds not even made.

when we arrived we didn’t have a room as there was and “issue” with the system when I placed my reservation and mind you already charged $400. then had to drive 3.5hrs home in a thunderstorm at 9:30 at night. the front desk lady wouldn’t allow us to stay in the open rooms due to them being a king suite and wanted to charge me double what I already had paid.

The breakfast was very good. The attendant was very kind & helpful.

I like that there was a pool and breakfast. I like that we were able to hang out in lobby and watch a football game and have drinks.

I didn't like not having hot water to shower with. The front staff said service was on it's way but I had to check out and spend the rest of the day without showering because they never showed. Very unpleasant.

The breakfast was always good, hot and a variety.

There was a lot of stains on the furniture, and floors and common areas were often sticky for several days at a time. Our room smelled like mustard the first few days. We asked for it to be cleaned on the third day and especially requested the shampoo and conditioner be refilled. It was not cleaned. We asked again the next day again asking for the shampoo and conditioner to be filled and it was cleaned but not filled. I finally stopped a maid and told her, that day there were two partial bottles put in our room. The ice machine was not always operating. The AC in the room was hard to get adjusted to a comfortable level.
