That there was a full kitchen. The carpet seemed to be vacuumed and was clean

The bed was horrible. Flat pillows and blankets were scratchy. No trash can in room. Had to beg to get an axtra blanket. The walls are very thin. Breakfast was horrible oatmeal only for cereal. I had to use warm water offered and then take it back to the room to heat it up. The drinks were regular coffee and decaffeinated coffee, and a small muffin that I bet was over 2 weeks old. No milk or juice or toast very disappointed. They charge you 100.00 for the deposit they take out of our account along with room charges before you can stay. In two days, they said they would refund the 100.00 if no damage was done. I did get mine back, but it was very inconvenient. Had to wait an extra 45 min before we could check in. Check-in was to be at 2 as I had scheduled it, but the room was not ready till 3.00. Would not even let you use the bathroom while you waited. Would I stay again? Yes, but I would bring my own blankets and pillows towls. Just don't plan on breakfast. The photo they show on their website is not what you see when you get there. It's not all flowers. In fact, there are none at all at the entrance. The lobby is also not up to the photos listed

Right when I walked in to check in I said hi I'm here to check in my name is and before I can finish my last name she said shook her head no and told me I need to go on booking dot com and cancel my reservation I said excuse me .she said the manager does not want you here u need to cancel your reservation .I ask to speak to manager and ask her why she said we don't need to tell you why and the manager is busy .mind you I booked my room a week prior to me coming I drove 3 hrs .I came on business.for my job..i had 3dogs 2i was having someone take care of them and 1was gonna stay with me .I was left to find a nother place to stay lucky I found motel 6in councel bluffs who was very nice and went out of there way to make me feel comfortable.. Extended stay was rude

Nice big room. Friendly staff. Good value for money. Good small kitchen inside the room. Clean. Good parking facilities.

The cleaning products that were used to clean the room left a not so pleasant smell behind and the mattresses were very uncomfortable and the pillows were too small and very uncomfortable as well I’m also still waiting for my $100 deposit to be refunded also the advertised breakfast wax a granola bar and muffin which isn’t much of a breakfast for a person like myself who has diabetes

Nice room Wi fi was good. Bed was comfortable. HVAC worked well.

I booked a room through booking nothing was ever said about a deposit and mind you that my book room is non-refundable once I get there I'm told that the room is plus $150 deposit which I did not have on my card so they wouldn't write me the room but I was still charged by booking for the full price of the room the property should definitely have stated they required to deposit

I didn't like the fact they wanted 150 up front for a deposit they wouldn't charge it to my card or anything like that they wanted to take the 150 off for the deposit plus the price of the room no ifs ands or buts I still had to pay for the room because I didn't have enough to cover the deposit because it was a non-refundable

I liked the concept of the hotel but it needs to be updated.

Nothing…there is only one elevator in a three story building.

Well for one the room size…I felt at the least they should have a pull out bed…and even possibly another bed.

The lights in the bathroom did not work and I couldn't take a shower because I couldn't see. Also they required a 200 dollar deposit. That's too excessive.

Bed was ok. Rooms were spacious.

My initial room needed a lot of repairs such as the bathroom ceiling over the shower/tub was leaking bad. Counter was broken and leaning. Tv was damaged and not working and it smelt like smoke in my booked room and the replacement room.
