The location was convenient. The staff was helpful. Having breakfast provided was very convenient for us. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

I was upgraded to a King Suite and was it lovely. I was staying for 3 days, so having a couch and chair were nice. The pool and spa are basic but do the job.

Frankly the eggs were not nice. I am use to hotel eggs, these were overcooked and rubbery. The kitchen staff were lovely

The front desk guy on march 8 at night was horrible and humiliated me in front of people just because i paid the accomodation with my debit card instead of credit card through booking.com and he ask for a cash deposit.i ask for a reciept nd told me he cannot provide then proceed to tell me im being difficult and then told me i couod leave the place if i dnt want to deposit cash money without receipt ans over and over again he tolf me people like me like to make it difficult..it was horrible and keeos arguing with me even though i ask many times to stoo i just need to rest.

Check in went well, Staff were awesome, from the front desk to the breakfast people to the room cleaners. Breakfast was great. They let us check out later than 12 noon.

The bed was comfy! Bathroom was ok. All clean!! Staff friendly.

The furniture was super outdated.It looked dark and small. But worse the noise. I let the hotel know to sleep in a room where it’s not noisy and I got the most noisy room. Right next to a revolving door that open and closed loudly all morning and late evening. It was also right next to the outside front door where my windows were. I didn’t have them open but the windows are poorly built in Canada so I could hear everyone coming home and leaving.

Very clean breakfast room. Lots of options. Nice size pool. Updated bathroom. Price for a room for 5 people was reasonable. 2 tvs with excellent reception. Near airport. Lots of fast food nearby. No pets.

We absolutely adored the pool, even though it was a tad too warm for our taste! And let me tell you, the breakfast was simply mind-blowing. They had everything you could ever dream of - eggs, sausage, waffles, and a whole array of dry goodies. Talk about options galore! But what really made our stay unforgettable was the staff. They were not only friendly, but also super helpful in every department. And let me give a special shoutout to Alicia, the rockstar at the front desk. She always went above and beyond to assist us with any questions or concerns. Seriously, she was like a ray of sunshine, always smiling and ready to lend a hand.

Oh man, let me tell you about the "problems" we had during our stay. First off, there were a few spots where the carpet got all bunched up. Not a big deal, but definitely not ideal for a fancy hotel. And then, get this, the ice maker on our floor wasn't even on! Can you believe it? So every time we wanted some ice, we had to trek all the way down to the main floor. Talk about a workout! But hey, these were just minor inconveniences, nothing to lose sleep over. I mean, who needs ice on their own floor anyway? But I gotta admit, it would've been pretty cool (pun intended) to have that luxury. So yeah, not really problems, just little things that would've made our stay even better.

The breakfast was great. The room was larger than we expected and the bed was very comfortable.

I didn't like the fact that they only cleaned the room every 3 days. We were there for 4 nights and I had to ask to have the room cleaned. They did a partial clean, but that was not acceptable. Other than that there were no other complaints.
