The fact that they accept pets was nice
There was missing items in the room. Beds did not fit bed frames. There was still trash left from from previous guests. Restaurant/breakfast hours not accurate.

After 7am, light were still out at the dining area. breakfast was not ready. Only coffee was ready.

I like the fact that there is always someone at the front desk, ready to help you with anything you need or want. Kudos to all of you at the Clarendon hotel and spa
I can't think of a single thing. You guys are on point every single time I get a room at the Clarendon hotel and spa.

Overall, I thought it was a pretty good space.

The pool was dirty except for 1 day; it was clean. When using Uber/Lyft the property is hard to find.

We only stayed for one night. We didn't have breakfast because we left in a hurry due to a sleepless night.
Our cooler was blasting hot air only. It was extremely hot in our room. I do understand that there were not any rooms available but a discount would have beennicee. We asked and were told "no".

HOUSEKEEPER Walked in the room without knocking.
AC Didn’t work. I asked the staff to check it and to do my beds. I came back 12 hours later and no one take care of the AC or the beds.
