Great location, staff went beyond expectations to help.

Went to bed after a concert, didn’t inspect bed (didn’t think I needed to). In the morning notice a spot of old blood on sheets, not mine, I had no sores.

The convenience of being right down town by chase field was great.

I didn't like that valet parking was full by the time I got there and when I called and asked which parking garage the front desk person told me the wrong one so I ended up paying$50 for parking instead of $20.

The staff is very polite and professional. The property is walking distance from chase field and vegan Thai restaurant. We needed a room as early as possible for my fiancé who has limited mobility. They made it so easy to checkin early. The city view was amazing. The room is beautiful, has a fridge, coffee/tea, hair dryer, iron/board.

Need more vegan options - the restaurant had 1 dinner option and a breakfast option, a Healthy chia pudding that was vegan and delicious.

Ease of checkin was great. Location was very convenient for downtown.

It was very busy because there was a concert that night. The line for the elevators at the end of the night was ridiculous, same with grabbing some food. Be prepared to wait.

The staff of the bar downstairs were not customer friendly. It was more important to slice cucumbers into a bowl than greet o0r help me to order a drink. No one even smiled.

Lobby amenities were great. We enjoyed having drinks at B&B.

We had 2 rooms and both had extra 2 doors to other rooms. It made us uncomfortable and we will not stay again. We have stayed at many Hyatts and we have never disliked the rooms until now.

Staff was very friendly and courteous.

Parking was not included. Upgrade wasn't what I expected.

The cost to park my SUV. Having to park in a parking garage can be scary for a female when she is by herself.
