Helpfulness of front desk staff. Pool was fun. Breakfast to go was so helpful. Shuttle driver efficient.

No towels by the pool.

The room was super clean and cozy.

Very clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious .

There was no parking spots available . There were 2 trucks with trailers that were parked in about 5 parking spaces . This is the only issue I had but it is a big issue so this would make not want to rebook a room here .

The pool and hot tub were decent size. Breakfast was ok.

The room was very run down and needed a deep cleaning really bad. Stains all over the walls. Stains all over the worn out ottoman and chair. some type of food on the top of the fridge and where you put your hand to open it. The room was actually gross. I wiped up some water off the bathroom floor after my son showered (we had only been there 20mins) The towel was so dirty, with actual dark visible dirt. it was really nasty. The room smelled and you couldn’t even crack the window.

Staff and shuttle service between the airport and the hotel. Very friendly and helpful. I also liked the availability of eateries within walking distance.
