Quick trip, very nice hotel, pool was clean, convenience items (coffee, towels, earbuds, etc) located throughout, well stocked snack bar. Breakfast was amazing.

The property was great. The staff was kind, the breakfast was very good, the pool and outdoor area was very nice, and the room was extremely comfortable with lots of safety measures in place.

Great location, easy access to the highway and dining options in the area.
Property was clean but could use updating. My room smelled musty. The back parking lot is lined with a thick hedge which was unsettling at night when parking my car.

Rates were doubled for the time period I was there (dreamville)
I booked on booking.com and noticed a discrepancy with the price my card was charged and the price that my card was charged. Went to the front desk and the person was dismissive, argumentative and I later found out was also wrong. She may have worked all night and was in a bad mood because everyone else was kind and pleasant.

It was comfortable. I enjoyed the text message check-ins from staff. I liked being in close proximity to everything we needed. The location was top-notch.
The vent in the bathroom would come on at unexpected times, and the sound would scare us. throughout our stay, we became used to the sound and were able to overlook it.

Breakfast had a nice variety, including eggs and a make your own waffle station. Rooms were very clean and nice. Fitness center overlooks pool which is nice and has a Peloton, which is really nice.

the bathroom Tub was not cleaned got at all it was a ring of Dirty... Also i love Ladybugs but it was alot of them in the bedroom and livingroom area...
