Free breakfast

1st room had a broken light fixture that was SUPPOSED to be replaced but never was, the next day was out most of the day to return to the room leaking from the rain..had to relocate and the AC wasn't working well like the last room, went to pool to cool off and these annoying ass kids wouldn't leave us alone and the incompetent parent was doing her own thing but not hotels issue. Told staff about all the issues when checking out and they did nothing bc it was booked thru Booking.com..will NOT be returning and not going thru Booking.com again

Laid back cozy hotel that lets you truly enjoy all that Tucson has to offer. The place has a cheery holiday atmosphere, staff was extremely friendly and willing to get me quarters for the laundry, and the facilities are ideal for a holiday traveler: a laundry room on every floor, a pool bar open late into the night, a wonderful breakfast, and most importantly for Tucson: shady common areas and air conditioning.

Superficial cleanliness: light switches grubby, toilet stained, carpet sticky, shower drain plugged. (My husband opened it and cleared the hair and crud.)

Pool and trees, low rise Comfortable beds

- carpet so dirty , the maid never even vacuum it! - ugly brownish yellow decor - changing towels systematically despite having hanged them - a private driver organized by the front desk tried to cheat us

Friendly bar/restaurant service and helpful front desk

It smelled, dead roach in the floor, didn't like the bathroom sink outside the bathroom in the bedroom...
