The breakfast was excellent; but, more importantly, the staff working the breakfast area were extremely friendly and helpful. Also, the desk clerk, upon our request, recommended a bar/grill down the street that we enjoyed.

The staff at the front desk were very gracious and accommodating. Also the staff person who worked the breakfast bar was very nice as well.

We had to move put of the first room that was assigned to us due to a very strong pet smell. We were told that they try to use the first two floors for pets but that pets can stay in any room. We were given a room on the 4th floor and the a/c filter in the room was covered in dust. One of the housekeeping staff was vacuuming the hallway at 9:10 PM when we were trying to get to sleep.

Good variety of choices for the breakfast. There was access to a healthy snack at all times. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the amenities/ cabana near poolside as well. I would recommend this location.

When the first room smelt like sour mildew, and the comforter on one of the queen beds smelt like body odor they moved up pretty quickly.

That when I called the front desk to mention the smell in the room (because it was very strong), he asked if it smelled like mildew before I even described anything. I’m pretty sure he already knew what I was going to say.

Excellent property. Very well maintained. All the staff we met were friendly and attentive.

The location was good. The staff was polite. The breakfast was adequate. The coffee is very good.

The hotel is showing its age by small things in the room. A broken iron, a phone that didn’t work, a hole in the ironing board cover. The air conditioning unit is incredibly noisy. I did not like the layout of the room because there is no door to the bathroom area. So if anyone gets up and turns on the light and someone is asleep, there’s no door to close the area off. I went to the exercise room and there were no towels. There were no cups for water. One of the elevators was in poor condition. It broke while we were on it, and we were barely able to get off of it. We were in town for our daughter’s graduation. The rate was incredibly high because of this event, and it just did not meet expectations for what we had to pay.
