This was the perfect place for our large family to stay! It was wonderful having the pool and hot tub right in the back yard. The kids enjoyed the water park also!

The property looks in person as it does online. The house itself its nice. Me and my family just had a very very poor experience , so 0 out of 10 for my review! The house was filthy !! It looked like it had not been thoroughly cleaned at all! Dirty carpet, dirty floors that had not been swept or mopped , the pool area was filthy, the pool chairs had dirt on them, the tables outside were dirty and there was trash left everywhere. Walls inside were dirty with some type of filth smeared on the walls. There was literally a worm under one of the tables in the living room!! There was pet hair over everything, towels, bedding etc!!! Me and my family were so uncomfortable staying here and very disappointed with the lack of communication and accommodations to our inconveniences. We had no other choice but to stay here as we were visiting from out of town and all of funds for stay had been put into this property. So it would have been nice for even a partial reimbursement for us to stay elsewhere! The property management company Jeeves was very nice and tried accommodating us by giving us the heat to our pool free of charge for the remainder of the stay, but there was no resolution! As I was given the run arounds and no one really took ownership of why the house was filthy. The owner of the home put all the responsibility on the property management company, the property management company told me to reach out to booking.com, booking.com said I needed to contact the owner of the home for some type of reimbursement but never received anything!

Location was good but house had roaches and was wrong house that they put me inn, I paid for house 7506 marker ave and they put me in 7516 market , carpet was old and tore up , bed where , I called them and reached out to Jeeves and never returned my called and did not fix the issues

I was very pleased with our stay here! I was skeptical because there wasn't alot of reviews here, but i took that chance. We had a large family group (14) & the house definitely accommodated us all. Very clean. We used the kitchen our whole stay. The pool in the back was a bonus as the kids were playing throughout our stay. We visited Universal Studios & depending on traffic it was a 30 minute drive, which wasn't bad. Neighborhood was very quiet & had a security guard patrolling the neighborhood which I did like. Very spacious for a big family. I would definitely stay here again. We all enjoyed our stay here & I'm happy I was able to enjoy! Thank you!

I loved the club house and water park. Very convenient to occupy the kids and the food in the restaurant was amazing. Kitchen supplies were far better than I expected for cooking. Plenty of dishes, cups and silverware. Neighborhood was fantastic and beautiful. 2 dishwashers was very helpful.

The back door did not lock, the gate around the pool was hard to fasten. The latches were all bent. Several cabinet doors in the kitchen are falling off. The ice maker is not working right. Its over producing and leaking water all over the freezer contents ruining several items we put in there. There are no shelves in the showers for shampoo or razors. And there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Very unusual for Florida.

I loved the pool and hot tub. The house overall was beautiful. And the crib in the master room was a lovely touch.

My trash wasn't picked up from the previous guess which cause wild animals and my trash Being thrown all over the outside of the house. The cabinet was broke. I didnt have enough towels for guest. My cable didnt work. I didnt get any help until the 3rd day of my vacation. I never got any face cloths. One night at the gate to come in security never came to the intercom we sat for 30 mins until someone had a card to let us in. I was truly dissatisfied.

Everything was amazing!! The house was clean and very spacious, if you had any questions the staff was a call away and was always polite and willing to help. My family and I had a wonderful time!

I opted out of having the pool heated ($40 a day), but I wasn’t aware that included heating the jacuzzi as well! The staff did take care of it and all was worked out. Just wish that was specified before booking.

Overall the property is beautiful.ENCORE management was very sweet.

The staff didn’t answer the main line,the maintenance was horrible but housekeeping’s manager was sweet. Jeeves is the property manager and puts a bad look on the owner. The owner is very sweet but she doesn’t live in the states. Which a lot of things are out do her control. The home wasn’t clean,stocked with linens and it was HOT. I did make an initial compliant but nobody came out until the second day. Maintenance came twice to fix the air but stated “keep it on 72”. Which is miserable and we were miserable every night. The hot tub wasn’t heated 2-3 days like stated and all TVs didn’t work at one time. I feel like we should’ve been reimbursed for 50% of our stay. But she did offer a 10% refund. The kids did enjoy the pool and water park. If I could’ve canceled and found something the first day … I would’ve left ! I don’t think it was worth money.
