Confort calme et la terrasse restaurant

They were prompt, we could check-in even before schedule. The staff was great, food acceptable with plenty of space inside and outside and nice arrangement, was clean in the room and outside.

The vent in the bath wasn't working (I don't think this should be mentioned by the clients), the food variety was a bit disapointing just a few dishes (perhaps it is considered to be something like this for a 3 star hotel, I may be subjective) perhaps I wouldn't mention it but for prices this high taking into account the location as well (of course the high prices are all around this days not only here).

The restaurant staff was unfriendly and service was very slow.

No breakfast was served ,we had to purchase it. Location was great.

We are frequently being guests of this hotel since 8 years ago. It’s always a pleasure to stay here: comfortable rooms, with everything you need for a pleasure stay and good night sleep, great restaurant and services, heating and hot water anytime. Pleasant rooms with nice design and comfortable beds.

Unfortunately, in time, we can observe some things not being as great as they used to be. For example, it was the first time when minibar was missing from the room, the smell on the hall at second floor was not so pleasant, something like smoke and inside the room it was a stuffy and humid air. Cosmetic products got really small and no shampoo, just soap and shower gel, despite you have a hair dryer in the bathroom 😂. Shoe polish or sewing kit completely missing compared with other years. Please Oscar, keep up with the standards also, not only with the prices.
