Breakfast was ok, accommodation very disappointing, a very tired sweet, the bathroom had only cold water so we started the day with no shower. In all my traveling years this was the worst experience!!!

The place Was very dirty; hallways as well as the room. I asked to have the room vacuumed due to crumbs on the carpet. Housekeeping was very responsive but there were still crumbs after they left. The room needed a deep cleaning. I have stayed at many Hampton Inns in many cities and this was no where near the standard I have come to expect.

information online did not mention a charge for pets. We had 2 5 lb puppies and a $50 charge for a twelve hour stay was ridiculous. Too late to find another hotel.

Breakfast was good.

I reported that the bathroom sink was leaking and it was never repaired. So for 2 days I put towels in the floor as we brushed our teeth. Then the refrigerator was accumulating water as if it was defrosting on level 5!
