The breakfast- the lady in charge did a great job of keeping the food replenished. Only positive at the hotel.

When we got to our room (Queen suite) it was dirty with unmade beds and someone’s belongings on the dresser. We headed back to the front desk to be told that “well I was told it was clean and we don’t have any more suites so you’ll just have to go to a regular room. We reserved a room for five not four!!! The hallways and elevators were not air conditioned and were miserable. Not very clean. Very disappointed.

I was there on a Thursday and came back for a Sunday both times the bottom of refrigerator two different rooms were not fully clean everything else was fine

Not one blow dryer in the entire hotel!!! Bad security, all the side entrances to the hotel had broken door looks, anyone can enter any area of the hotel any hour At will

No one was at the front desk for 15 minutes when I was trying to check-in. The key card reader did not work at the side entry. Therefore, you had to walk all the way around to get back in.
