Large room. 3 beds! And a sofa bed! The staff was friendly and courteous. Was able to book a room to be available on the same day. Located within "walking distance" from several restaurants

The shower room only had one set of washcloths and towels for a single person. The room could easily sleep 8! We are a family of 5 and preferred not to share the same hygienic items. Have at least as many sets of towels as the room can accommodate persons. If the room is sized for 2, have two sets of washcloths and towels. If it's big enough for 4, have 4; etc.

I did not stay and request a refund because it was under construction and never got refunded says has outside pool and breakfast it does not

This hotel is in construction and the rooms are stinky nasty and dirty.

Customer Service was great, the location, the staff was great, and our room was great.

Everything! To start they charged me 3 different times for the same room over 1000$! They are unaware on how to use their systems. They were able to refund me with the help of a manager. The facility were dirty. They were in the process of renovating but the rooms themselves were filthy. My daughter found pills in the room and a manager couldn’t even reach out afterwards to give any type of apology! The front desk offered to move us rooms but the room was next to a guest room that was partying and it smelled of weed in the hallway. Pulled the bed out to check for moew pills found bugs and food! We ended up leaving we didn’t even make it a few hours in this hotel it was that awful. The only thing that was good was the front desk was polite. That’s about it. Wish I would of thought to picture the pills I gave to the front desk after my 4 year old found them.

The type of room was perfect! I was traveling with my 5 children ranging from ages 13 to 4 months. We had a suite with 3 beds. It was a quick overnight stay while driving back home to Florida.

The issue is I requested a crib in advance and was told I would have one available upon arrival at no extra charge. When I arrived they said they do not offer cribs. The next issue was the cockroach in our bathroom. Thirdly there was no milk at breakfast so we had waffles, sausage or bread to pick from.

This place is in extremely poor conditions. Outdated smelly furniture. Disinterested staff and broken equipment.

Everything. I left after 1 night only because I didn't check in until after midnight due to my plane flight but first thing in the morning, I checked out to a Courtyard by Marriott.

Friendly staff

No vending, saw 2 roaches, rooms outdated, beds weren’t great, cleaning lady kept knocking each morning too early.
