Clean, good parking and front staff was very accommodating for our ever growing list of requirements

Breakfast staff was rude and unpleasant. Not enough of the featured Breakfast items available for the large amount of guests. Staff had us STOP as we were loading the bride into the car for her wedding, to move a a bag from a room we had occupied.

Exceptional

The stuff was exceptional. We enjoyed the jacuzzi after a long day and the breakfast was good. We requested (very) late check out and they let us stay free of charge.

it was ok and then the drunk guest set off the fire alarm and the staff didn’t know how to stop it we spent 2 hours with

the beds were comfy the stay was good until we were disrupted all evening on Saturday night with fire alarms

the staff was very friendly but the rooms were outdated the carpet was dirty and the staff was not prepared to deal with drunk guest and how to stop the fire alarm

We were very pleased with the room. Very clean. Comfy bed. Nice and quiet.

The breakfast was advertised as being served till 10. However every thing was shut down when we went at 9. We were able to have fruit and yogurt and cereal. A staff did come along later and ask if we wanted something hot but we declined. We were still able to have a satisfactory meal.

Would have liked to see more masks worn for health and safety.
