The employee was really nice and helpful. The room was very clean and better than I expected. If your looking to stay at a hotel I would recommend to stay here!

Great location - short walk to the harbor and easy access to the airport

The staff was super friendly and very efficient. Location was amazing, easy to get to airport, restaurants, and freeways.

The amenities were disappointing, such as no iron, desk and the tv did not work. The bathroom was strange, as it had a slant in the flooring and the shower head was built for those under 5'5". Electrical outlets were scarce.

Everything else really, there’s no dead bolt on the doors.

I have stayed there before and it was great price plus it had like a small kitchenette.

The rooms are dirty and have an infestation of roaches. The first room that was given to us was infested with roaches as soon as we walked in. I asked to be moved, which they did. At first sight, there were no roaches. I asked to be extended a second night since plans changed. On our second night, we began to see roaches crawling on the wall by the bed. We tried contacting the property manager and office was closed. Phone calls were not answered between 12am-11am. First thing in the morning we left and we’re not able to sleep comfortably all night.

Rooms sorely in need of maintenance and a good cleaning. Leaky pipe under the sink, floors are dirty.

The remodel, the location, the cleanliness.

The remodel was excellent as far as it went, however, the following need further attention. Although there was ample room, there was not a chair or table in the room, the deep closet had no working light and the four electrical outlets did not work either. It also had no rod or hangers to hang clothing on.The only available outlet for mobile devices was in the small bathroom. Although the hotel is only minutes from the airport there is not a computer available for travel plans. The hotel office only opened at 10:30 AM.The hotel parking lot is very small and there is a $10 fee for parking. There is street parking, if you can find it. This could be a great little place to stay if they paid more attention to detail and finished the remodel before renting out room 207.

It is what it is.... We went to a concert and needed a cheap place to stay... Its wasn't the worse but it was worth $80

There was loud banging all night
