Nice hotel with great location in vibrant SoHo. Room was fine for us - a familiy on four incl two teenagers. Large beds.

Nothing, except that they need to fix the door to the room hits the frame when you close it.

Great location, fully refurbished rooms with integrated air conditioning were great.

Small rooms have very old and run down bathrooms, which are not advertised on website. Small rooms have window air conditioning units which are extremely noisy.

Beautiful hotel. The vintage atmosphere is really special. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was excellent to get just about anywhere easily (either walking or subway).

1- The hotel only offers 1 type of pillow (very soft) and didn't have any other options when I asked for something firmer. 2- Coffee and tea are offered in the morning but there are no tea spoons. They give sugar (no sugar substitutes) but nothing to measure out an amount of sugar. I had to pour it into my hand to approximate the amount of half a tea spoon and then use a stirrer. Why would the hotel not supply plastic tea spoons? 3- No elevator is definitely not convenient, especially if you stay on the 2 top floors, as we did. 4- Our air conditioner had issues. We set it at 72 degrees before we would go out but whenever we returned from our day, the room was 76+ degrees. I told the manager and she sent someone to clean the filter but it didn't really solve the problem. 5- The heated floors in the bathroom (that turn on automatically when you turn on the light) would be great in the winter wasn't really comfortable in the summer.

The front desk staff was very kind. Beds are comfortable and location is super convenient.

Wish there was more floor space and luggage storage for a family room, but we made it work.

The staff is very helpful, everytime we requested a service they helped us promptly. We forgot our wallets in the safe after checkout and they took care of that. No a single dollar was missing.

We had 5 people so this hotel was great because we had 3 beds in 1 room. I feel that's rare in NYC. We really appreciated the hotel holding our bags after checkout. It allowed us to stretch our stay by squeezing in more sightseeing

No complaints

Spacious room, clean bathroom and plenty of room for adults and kids. Hotel was eclectic and cozy. Close to lots of great restaurants and parks.

Must request room service but it wasn't a huge issue. Extra trash bags would be helpful!

odd upcharging if you check in early. same spiel given to all walking in. like a gimmick. very tacky.

Room had teo queen beds

No elevator. We found out when we got there. It is almost imposible to find in the hotel web page. Air condition was a all unit, way to noisy. There is no telephone to call the lobby; you hace to go down stairs (no elevator). Room too dark. There was a problem with the lights. Room had a main switch, which was the only way to turn off the main lights, the problem is that no other lights will turn on.

family room and value

amazing location, and the lobby and reception areas are very funky and cool

my room was tiny, as was the bathroom, not enough room for two people to stay in and share - I had a big suitcase and could hardly open it. plus there were just a few hangers no wardrobe or storage of any kind. the bathroom was really in need of an update too. my room didn’t get serviced either

We enjoyed the environment The room itself is really nice and well accommodated, other than that the hotel is so cozy and comfortable. The staff are very friendly too

Because of our flight got delayed, we got there at 2 am We weren't expecting, the hotel didn't have an elevator but there were just stairs, which was fine, but luggage was tedious.

The stuff was nice and the room was clean. The location was perfect to walk to the metro
