The urine smell The attitude It was a rat hole dirty No blankets, told to go to the sheretan if we expected blankets! We were there 15 minutes and left, nasty!!!

When you arrive and you can't get let into the building tell a driver shows up. The bed you couldn't move without is creeking so dam loud.

The receptionist in the early morning was a nice person and he apologized for what his colleague did and gave me a ride to the airport

Horrible hotel, the receptionist was crashing into my room at 23h00, i was sleeping and woke up scared, he was openning my door luckilyvi had the other lock from inside, when i opened he said he didnt know this room is occupied even though he was the only one there when i checked in and he gave me room keys .... very dirty hotel, couldnt sleep at all , i wont recommand it for any one. Price was supper high, i paid 200 Cad dollars, i could have booked hilton with same amount of money, what a shame

The rooms are old, beat up, and aren’t cleaned particularly well. There was no one at the front best to check me out in the morning. The shuttle was also not running so I had to walk to the airport.

The room was exceptionally clean and fresh I noticed as soon as I walked in and it got my attention. Thanks so much! I forget her name and only met her very briefly but the housekeeper was amazing in her dedication and personality! Thanks you made my stay so special!

Nothing maybe a little pricey but the shuttle service and front desk people were also very accommodating and helpful 😊

Didn't have any breakfast as I checked out at 5am.

The return of the deposit money has not been reimbursed as yet ,I have pointed this out to the hotel EVERY DAY since I checked out on the 30th of September,,, can you please explain WHY my deposit money has up to now,NOT returned to my bank?????

Total disception. I want a full refund. Rude lazy staff totally misslead. I had to pay and travel to another hotel; I can provide all recipts. I want a full refund from Booking.com or I will never use your platform again. This Hotel and staff are the worst I will never stay with them ever again.

Booking.com should have had more information, I was deceived but what was proposed on your website. I was told for over an 1.5hrs the shuttle was on its way and received a email saying the room was ready. Showed up and was rudely told to wait for another 1 hour until 3pm. Noisy road

What staying the night before flying out again the following morning. Staff where wonderfull, let me check in very early at no cost which saved me sitting in a lobby for 3hrs after a 6hr flight. Very close to the airport and they offer a free shuttle which makes it even better. There's fast food places within a 5min walk. Great spot to crash in-between flights and the cheapest I could find

Staff stayed up for my delayed flight and ran me to the airport in the morning which was really kind.

Room had not been cleaned properly. Walls were super thin. Table was really wobbly. Noisy from the car park
