Beds were super comfortable and the blackout curtains made it so dark and cozy I slept 2 hours longer than I usually do… absolutely quiet in there also. Couldn’t tell there were other people in the hotel.

Great location, great value, decent sized room with a nice bed and luxurious pillows. Rooms were quiet and curtains blocked the light effectively.
The staff were excellent - I arrived at 10:30am to ask if I could leave my bags and I was checked in there and then!

It was central for us to explore Chicago. The staff, especially Adrian, went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. She is a credit to the hotel and such a warm and kind person.

The location is really good, right in downtown, walking distance to metro and attractions. The bed was really comfy. The free filtered water was definitely a bonus.
The lack of breakfast is a big downside. The hotel is old but it is not an issue.

Central location. We were able to visit all major attractions on foot. Train Station was a few blocks away on foot, and metro going to airport was 1 block away on foot.
just a minor technical issue with the TV not working. They tried to fix a couple of times but we gave up and decided not to request them a 3rd time. it was okay, we decided not to watch anything on TV.

Right in the heart of Chicago! Walking distance to everything! Beds were comfortable and pillows were heavenly! Chilled bottle water on every floor!
Grumpy desk man that saw us struggling to get key card out of wallet to open doors after our Madonna concert. Jerk didn't even acknowledge us after 10 minutes of freezing and trying to get key card to open front doors of hotel once we got inside. He was there when we checked in, so no excuse for his poor behavior other than laziness.

Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating! Main points of interest are all at walking distance which makes it very convenient
This definitely felt like a budget hotel, which is fair we got it for the lowest rate downtown, but don't expect anything fancy from your room if that's something you care about, it felt dated and the layout made it feel small for a kitchenette room.
