This hotel was located within a 5 minute walk from Krush Brau Park, the venue for an Octoberfest celebration which was the reason for our trip. While the hotel is an older property we found it comfortable. Everything in our room worked as intended. The beds were very comfortable.

I don't think the hotel's amenities raised it to the category of "Resort" and therefore the $10 daily Resort fee was really not justifiable. It appeared to be an easy way to improve revenue without changing the advertised room rates. There are lots of similar properties in the area that do the same, so what this hotel is doing is typical for the area.

There were several roaches on the ceiling and around the sink. The office was closed. We returned the key and left.

There was bugs in the room, there was no headboard on bed. Pillows were paper thin. Microwave did not work. Door was unsecured. Front desk don’t answer the phone

The owners were great and tended to any request. The room was clean

The bed was very hard. They offered us another mattress but we bought a topper to put on it. We could hear music and moving chairs above at night. I used a phone app fan to drown out any noise. We hardly ever got our parking space but would get one a couple doors down. I was stuffed up almost every night. Thankfully, I found the wall plug in the first night and put in drawer but the smell was in the curtains and chair. The room seemed to get very damp especially our last couple nights. There was a damp sack under desk but it must have soaked up the dampness because everything was getting a dampness to it; our sheets, cereal boxes etc.

There were people sitting outside the rooms playing music and drinking like it was some hangout spot one of them was very much visibly wasted.

the staff was very nice

It definitely needed to be remodeled and the handle to the shower needed to be replaced
