Once I had the codes, everything was easy.

Some of the communications were disjointed, perhaps because of the team approach.

Space, access, facilities

the lack of storage prior to check in…. having to go back to the hotel. The lack of information telling us that no one would be around at 7AM. had we known we would’ve made arrangements to come by later but all indications said we would be able to store our bags at 7AM. and reception wasn’t open

Spacious and clean, great location

Stayed here February 4th; the coldest day of the year! Worst customer service, they don't care about guests at all. Heat wasn't working during our one night stay, which happened to be -35 freezing weather. Called "help desk" 5 times to have it looked at. Each time I talked to someone, was promised - with a great deal of attitude - that someone would come to look at it, and no one came. Nor did anyone follow up at any point of our very short stay to see if heat had improved or offered to switch our room. The two bedrooms were colder than the fridge. 4 people had to sleep on the couch and floor of the living room because it was the warmest area. Never staying at any of the Les Loft locations ever again.

The whole concept of the Loft is phenomenal. Keep up the good work. It’s my 3rd time and not the last.

description of parking reality should be included to help travelers unfamiliar with Quebec parking restrictions. (even just providing a link to the Copilote app would be helpful)

very comfortable and spacious

Very clean, well maintained and extremely well situated.

Concerned with cleanliness and respectful of the accommodations, would recommend having a broom and dust pan available in all lofts. The room was booked for 4 people, recommend having enough pieces of dishes for all 4 people.

noise. loud refrigerator and a lot is street construction noise.

Exactly 2 hrs before checkout the power went off . No lifts and we were on 3rd floor , We had so much luggage travelling with family. Had to take the luggage 3 flight of stairs in pitch dark with a mobile phone light . Everything was perfect, lovely place , lovely location, facilities but the last 2 hrs tired us . Hope there was some inverter or backup when power cuts.

nice apartment with plenty of space for 4 people

noise isolation very poor (could hear everything from the apartment above); neighborhood not the most pleasant; AC not enough to cool the apartment and therefore very difficult to sleep; apartment was not ready at 4 pm (as advertised); receptionist not very customer service oriented (bordering on rude); no coffee machine in the apartment

The property was able to message the instructions one I arrived.

I did entourage receive an email with the instructions during the day, but it worked out fine.

Beautiful, elegant, comfortable, cleanest! and easy to communicate if needed. complete show place! Loved everything about it. Located 15 minutes walk from historic downtown. Not the best neighborhood, but some compromise to have beautiful 2 bedrooms plus all ... love it! Will be back!

Just the weird homeless people under my windows and noisy construction going on around the block.
