Absolute steal, location is spot on within a calm street, great amenities, excellent hygiene and cleanliness, the staff were fantastic (Najwa was very helpful), overall a great place. Would stay again.

O hotel é muito agradável e o quarto amplo e confortável. Limpeza impecável e atendimento excelente.

First and foremost, the staff set the stage for a pleasant visit as soon as we walked in the door. They were courteous friendly and efficient, responding to our needs in a timely manner. The king suite was very large with plenty of room for 4 people to sit and sleep. The kitchen was stocked well enough, though we did not cook nor plan to cook. Wifi worked well for a day-long online class. View from the 6th floor was very nice on a fall day. The location of this hotel is perfect for a short walk to Georgetown, and the Foggy Bottom metro station is only a few short blocks away so we could get most places by Metro. We did not dine in the restaurant but it would have been an excellent and convenient option.

The sofa bed was mostly comfortable taking into consideration the bar near the top fold. We made it work with extra pillows. The 6th floor was very warm, and the temperature of our room was difficult to regulate. We ended up turning off the heat and running only the fan while cracking the window to make the room a comfortable temperature. All in all we had a comfortable room that afforded privacy with two large rooms.

Staff poco cortese. Bisogna chiedere esplicitamente la pulizia della camera per ogni giorno del soggiorno. Abbiamo più volte trovato la camera un po’ sporca e due volte anche due scarafaggi. Un giorno non abbiamo trovato gli asciugamani e quando siamo andati a chiederli ci hanno risposto molto male.

Very large rooms, equipped kitchinette which is useful given there are grocery stores nearby. The staff was very responsive to requests. Main things to see are around 15 to 45 mins walk which is easily doable.

Its motto is "your home away from home", and it definitely lives up to it. Staff are super-nice. Room was astonishingly large, nicely decorated, equipped kitchenette, and comfortable furnishings. 2 blocks from metro (including direct line to Dulles Airport and Smithsonian) and Trader Joes, 3 blocks from Whole Foods -- for supplying the kitchenette. I'm glad I discovered it, and will definitely always stay here on future Washington visits.

Perfect location, very helpful staff, clean and comfortable. A helpful tip - for the laundry don’t bother with the app, you can just pay with a credit card directly at the washer/ dryer. The laundry detergent is complementary, just have to ask the reception about it.

Room is pretty big and spotless clean. Staff super friendly. Not much more you could ask for :)

AC was tiny bit outdated, but still very functional, so no complains here.
