Ants in bathroom, unable to connect with front desk on room phone

Hotel room was clean. Met the needs of our group. Veranda was very nice. I have nothing else positive to say.

We came for a wedding held on the premises. We were directed to a complementary wine tasting at check which were we informed by the bartender had shut down early because the individual needed to be somewhere. With some convincing the bartender said she could give us a sample. We found the hotel generally to be under staffed. The women working the front desk were pleasant. However, Angel was not. While we understand check in is at 3, he acted like it was ridiculous that members of the party even asked if there was a possibility of early check in. Even the bridal party for an event being held on the premises was dismissed. He refused to double check lists or assist when we stated as part of the wedding the parking was covered. He was rude to multiple people. Additionally, the restaurant across the parking lot was way under staffed and food was lackluster.

The room is nice

Check in after Long Distance Flight at 3 pm not possibe bcs room not ready. Room is much smaller than on photos. The prepayment of booking.com was not accepted and full room price was charged again. No reaction to emails after two weeks.

For nearly $500 I would expect a. bigigger room and not over the parking lot with people talking under.my window.til.all hours..

I never got to stay here. There was a strange guy outside that bothered my family and I. Which is why we never stayed here. I asked for a refund and never received it.

It was very romantic. I love being by the sea wall. It was magical. He slept to the sound of the sea. My husband. People Getting Married, Very Nice!!!. Pure Elegance. I dont think anyone really appreciates such Beauty. Wonderful experiences. Eat this up .. Never give reviews. I never have anyone do such an outstanding job. i got there with my retired parents the front desk girl put us all the way at the end in room 135 when my parents had disability. 2 nights before we leave we go for dinner and return my passports are missing and my gold jewelry from my mom and engagement ring. I called the front desk they never return my call about the items and then the manager is away for 3 days and I had to call back several times! terrible stay never again

have stayed at the hotel a few times now, love the location, l do think all places are doing there best to recover from covid 19 , so a little slack is needed, to help businesses get back on their feet.....will be back to USA next year and the portofino.
