Charge for parking stated parking was included but only do valet parking at a charge of $32 per night so certainly not included, buildings not all together so some rooms are a walk with cases, room smelled damp, very low lighting in rooms, rooms need updating

The beachfront location was fantastic & it was within walking distance of many great restaurants & shops downtown!

The pillows were not very comfortable- quite lumpy.

Overpriced for what we got - plastic and paper takeaway cups only. Very dusty under the beds.

I loved the location, fire pits, complimentary bikes coffee, hot cocoa and music in the evenings! We had such a wonderful stay celebrating our baby moon 🤍 loved everything about Hotel Milo.

The location was amazing, I really enjoyed the overall vibe of the rooms. It might be outdated to some but I found it quite charming. Everything was very clean and the staff was impeccable, would definitely book again

There was no microwave in our room, and our tv wouldn’t connect to WI-FI so we were kind of stuck watching whatever was on cable. Also the bed was not comfortable at all and I’m pretty good at sleeping on uncomfy beds, this one just wasn’t it to be honest.

Really like the location. We were able to walk to the main street of Santa Barbara to shops, restaurants, cafe's and thrift stores. It's also right across the street from the beach and pier.

The hotel rooms have very thin walls so we could hear people talking in the adjacent rooms. There was also street noise because the hotel is on a pretty busy street. Valet parking is hectic and expensive and some of the street parking is actually more convenient. I paid for an ocean view room, but it was just a view out the window with no balcony or patio to sit and enjoy the view. Bathroom needs an update.

We had a 2nd floor with ocean view - it was lovely! It was great that our pup was welcomed. The location was great - with lots of very good restaurants nearby. The grounds were beautiful!

1.) The floor was disgusting - filthy. 2.) We were shocked at the price of valet parking. The cost of parking - plus the tip to get the car every time you need it. Very inconvenient and the costs really adds up! 2.) It was sad that parents of 3 little girls allowed them to run around the complex screaming at 8am. Thats a bit early for others who are on vacation to relax. It went on for almost an hour - even when I went outside and asked that they stop - the kids kept running up and down the stairs all around upstairs screaming. Lots of fun for them - not for the guests. This is not a knock on the hotel - by the time they got to the parents, they were getting ready to depart for breakfast. It would be great if families with kids were in buildings separate from adult only guests. Hotel Milo is huge - they could easily do this and meet all guests needs!

My husband and I spent our honeymoon week in SB at the hotel Milo and we had the best time! The whole stay exceeded all of our expectations! They gave us two complimentary bottles of champagnes and chocolates ans set up towel swans and roses on the bed! So sweet. We loved everything from the snacks and drinks at front desk to the location. We loved the bikes provided and rode around town using them all week. The valet boys were super Sweet and helpful everyday with recommendations and advice about where to eat and hang out around SB. We will 100% be back again soon! Thank you!

Old mattress, I sinked into it. I told the receptionist about it and she said they couldn t give me a discount because I made the reservation with booking. They let me paid 30usd of valet car for one night, since it is a separate service. Bad managers who are not able to make clients happy. Furthermore, the floor of the room wasn t clean at all. The swimming pool pictures on booking don t reflect the reality, very ugly and dirty.

The location was phenomenal-right on the beach/harbor, steps away from incredible restaurants and shopping. Two pools and one hot tub on the property so our kids enjoyed a relaxing night swim before bedtime. Our stay included free bike rental, so we took a ride on the bike path along the beach in the morning-spectacular. Some reviews complained about outdated or old bathrooms- ours looked freshly remodeled, it was sparkling clean and updated.

The rooms are a little small but that was fine with us. There was a small upcharge to valet our car- there’s no parking on the premises. But the valet is super quick and available 24/7 so that was fine.

The front desk staff wasn't the nicest. Spoke to several and they were a bit unfriendly. The valets on the other hand were great.
