The hotel is a short walk from the main street, which was great. The room itself was clean with comfy bed. I agree with other reviews though, the sound of the bed frame when you hit it could startle you. Almost like a gong lol But it wasn't a deal breaker for the overall value of the place. Plenty of free onsite parking.

We booked last minute and were looking for an inexpensive place to stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

There was no morning coffee in the lobby. However, there is an IHOP close by.

All went well effortlessly room was by the pool air conditioned location was great place was clean

Spacious room with nice window view, high ceiling and quite AC unit.

Location, cleanliness, the family suites. Also, many rooms have balconies and there is a pool. The place is very clean and the staff is excellent. It was also within walking distance (10-15 minutes) to great restaurants and activities in Santa Barbara.

Rooms could use some updating. They are very clean but not modern. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend this place for a family or a larger party.
