The apartment was lovely, beautifully decorated, facilities were great.

Unfortunately there was no emergency contact number and we were not able to contact anyone to report a problem with the electrical sockets in the kitchen which weren’t working, which meant both the kettle & toaster didn’t work in there. I tried emailing the reservation email in the hope they would pass on the information, but they didn’t even bother replying. We therefore had to plug both the kettle & toaster into a plug near the floor of the living area, not ideal.

There was a constant electrical hum coming from a cupboard next to the apartment

Kitchen was small but very well stocked.

We could have used more bathroom towels and a little laundry detergent.

I liked that the place looked very clean and the location in the old town of Quebec. There was no need to use a car while in town.

Need a few more mugs for coffee in the apartment, and maybe basic kitchen supplies, like sugar, tea, coffee.

Property is modern and nicely decorated. Location is reasonable, close to old town, but overlooking an ugly industrial building.

(First) unit was dirty, not cleaned up, when we arrived (used bed sheets, towels, etc.). Needed to change to another unit. No usable WiFi! Were promised to have someone fix it, no one showed. Also, TV in second unit was not working.
