The location is great and the staff was very kind and supportive.

The building, especially the hallways, would benefit from a renovation.

Perfect location for sightseeing Manhattan and Brooklyn. The stuff was very approchable and helpful. Our family room met our expextations in terms of size and facilities.

The toilet didn't flush properly but we were given an extra room so we could use toliet there while waiting to be fixed. So well done for the stuff to sort it out. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable.

The staffs are very nice and friendly, no complaints. The room is spacious as well as the bathroom. Location is nice, accessible or few blocks away to the nearest subway station. There is a free storage for lugguages when you have to check out before your flight. Me and my husband enjoyed our stay.

I didn't like that the bed sheets are dirty and do not seem to be washed, there are some stains that I do not think would be there unless it was washed. I found some paper trash under the floor on our first day, so I had an impression the room is not cleaned well. Me and my husband got some little bite marks due to bed being itchy, maybe it's because sheets are unclean.

The rom was very confortable, the hotel is very close to important touristic objectives (Brooklyn Bridge, 9/11 Memorial & Museum, World Trade Center, etc), good wifi, very friendly staff.

the property is well managed; it was clean and in a good location. it is close to subway stations and plenty of coffee shops and restaurants by the river.

the internet did not work well. There is a coffee maker in the room but not coffee. to check in you need to navigate 5-6 steps so if you are carrying big suitcases or have difficulty with mobility it is cumbersome (the lift from the door entrance to reception was out of order)

The room did not have nightstands or bed lamps. The refrigerator didn’t work. There weren’t enough outlets. The freight elevator didn’t work. (We had a walker) The hotel didn’t have any vending machines or ice machines. (You had to ask for the ice from the front desk)
